  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the body (12) has two inner ribs (12b-12c) capable of being mounted so as to slide in complementary grooves (11b-11c) in the lateral sides of the base.
  3. Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the body (12) and the base (11) have a system of catches capable of immobilizing them in position.
  4. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rod (1) has, close to the spherical head, two parallel flat bearing surfaces (1a-1b) capable of interacting with the notches of the body (12) in order to orientate angularly and centre the rod (1) and, concomitantly, the hook.
  5. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the spherical head is made from a composite material overmoulded on a metallic insert (6) rendered integral with the corresponding end of the rod (1).
