Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Entfernen eines aus einem Hohlprofil (3) mittels eines fluidischen Innenhochdruckes getrennten Lochbutzens (13) aus einem Innenhochdruck-Umformwerkzeug (1). Der Lochbutzen wird bezüglich des Hohlprofiles von innen nach außen unter Zurückziehen eines im Umformwerkzeug (1) integrierten einen Lochbutzenkanal (5) beim Zurückziehen freigebenden Stempels (6) herausgetrennt und aus dem Formraum (2) des Umformwerkzeuges heraus in den Lochbutzenkanal hineingepreßt. Danach wird in drucklosem Zustand des Hohlprofils der nach dem Hineinpressen an der Stirnseite (7) des Stempels anliegende Lochbutzen mittels eines Entnahmewerkzeuges (14) aus dem Umformwerkzeug entfernt. Um ein Entfernen von Lochbutzen aus dem Umformwerkzeug heraus aus jeder beliebigen Lage des in die Gravur des Umformwerkzeuges führenden Lochbutzenkanals, in dem der Lochbutzen nach der Lochung vorerst aufgenommen ist, in einfacher Weise zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Lochbutzen an der Stempelstirnseite während seines Aufenthaltes im Lochbutzenkanal durch ein mit dem Stempel verbundenes Haftmittel gehalten wird, und daß nach Öffnen des Umformwerkzeuges und Entnahme des fertigumgeformten Hohlprofiles der Lochbutzen unter bleibender Haftung an der Stempelstirnseite mittels des Stempels und das mit einem Haftmittel ausgebildete Entnahmewerkzeug in den offenen Formraum hineingeführt wird, wobei der Lochbutzen und der Bereich des Entnahmewerkzeuges, in dem das Haftmittel wirkt, eine gegenüberliegende Relativlage zueinander einnehmen, wonach der Lochbutzen vom Stempel abgelöst wird und dann am Entnahmewerkzeug anhaftet, mittels dessen der anhaftende Lochbutzen anschließend aus dem Umformwerkzeug herausgeführt wird.
