Abstract

Ein hydraulischer oder mechanischer Kraftverstärker mit kraftschlüssiger oder formschlüssiger Abstützung des Widerlagers wird auf der Vorderseite eines Pneumatikkolbens (2) angeordnet und mitbewegt. Ein reibungsarmer Druckschalter ermöglicht präzise Auslösung der Kraftverstärkung und verhindert Druckverluste durch Abbau der Vorspannung. Bei einem mechanischen Kraftverstärker ermöglicht die rechtwinkelige Lage der Mittellinien von Keilspalt und Druckkeil reines Wälzen der Rollen (14) im Hauptkraftfluß. Ein Druck-Doppelkegel mit gekrümmtem Übergang ermöglicht sanften Kraftanstieg und optimale Werte für Hub und Ausgangskraft, bei entsprechender Gestaltung auch Verriegelung des Ausgangsgliedes.
