Description

Un tel mât est déja montré dans WO-A- 84/01765.The invention relates generally to a handling device such as a stacking cart or of a stacking devil and it relates more precisely to a single girder lifting mast. Such a mast is already shown in WO-A-84/01765.

The frame of the trolleys equipped with lifting is usually formed by two vertical beams resting on a base and between these beams are fixed the lifting systems themselves, for example with chains, which drive forks or trays sliding on these beams. These vertical beams are usually formed of I and U-shaped profiles and are more or less separated from each other depending on the achievements. he is apparent that we are looking for montages that aim to avoid having to have security screens between these beams, and using two very close together, or even a single central beam enveloping moving parts and mechanisms solve this problem of security, at the same time that he gives a new aesthetic to the trolley thus produced. But this beam central must, at the same time that it lends itself to load lifting functions, confer all the strength and rigidity that can be expected from the structure of a trolley subjected to constraints difficult.

It is a merit of the Applicant to have imagined and produced a unique lifting mast structure which meets these imperatives.

The invention therefore relates to a lifting mast for handling device like a stacking cart, the fixed frame consists on the one hand of a profile in folded sheet metal with a vertical oriented opening forward of the truck on the side of the load transported and on the other hand a reinforcement profile fixed to the other profile and which delimits with it a hollow box on the rear side of the mast, the inside faces of the profile constituted as a raceway for rollers with horizontal axes, carrying at least one mobile mechanism inside the mast.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the reinforcing profile is fixed internally to the other profile and the front of the reinforcement profile serves as a raceway for rollers.

More specifically, the outer profile is shaped of U whose V-shaped base constitutes an edge vertical on the rear side of the carriage and in that towards the front, the side walls of said profile return inward by a small ledge.

According to a main characteristic of the invention, the mobile mechanism is an equipment carriage attached to a chain or strap linked to a support of attachment connected to a fixed point relative to the body of cylinder, the chain returning on a pulley coupled to the head of a cylinder rod.

According to yet another main characteristic of the invention, the mobile mechanism is a frame consisting of an interior telescopic beam associated with two rolling guides fitted with two rollers bearing against the reinforcement profile, and rolling on two rollers integral with the profile.

Other special features and advantages of the invention will be seen on reading the following description of nonlimiting examples of realization in which reference is made to attached drawings which represent.

Figure 1, an exploded view in elevation of a carriage stacker with a single central mast.

Figure 2, une vue en plan du chariot selon la figure 1.Figure 2, a plan view of the carriage according to the figure 1.

Figure 3 and 4 sectional views of another variant a central mast respectively at the base and in part high of the mast.

Figure 5, an exploded view in elevation of a mast according to figures (3) and (4).

The carriage is basically made up of a base plate 2 on which is fixed the mast, and on the sides of which are bent tubes 3 bearing in their ends of the rollers 4. In front of the plate 2 is develop two horizontal beams 5 terminated by bits also fitted with rollers 5. A transverse tube reinforcement 7 extends under the base plate. Above this is fixed to a pumping lever 8 oscillating on the manual hydraulic pump 9.

The fixed frame of the central mast is formed by a external profile 1 in folded sheet of general section in U-shape whose base is not flat but V-shaped very open which constitutes a vertical edge 10 which rises from the rear side of the cart. On the opposite side i.e. towards the front of the carriage the side walls 11 of the mast return inward by a small flange 12. Between the two flanges is thus formed in the profile 1 a vertical opening facing the front of the carriage, that is to say on the side of the load transported. AT the inside of the mast is welded a reinforcing profile 13 which delimits a hollow box 14 on the rear side of the mast, as seen more precisely in Figure 2.

As an alternative embodiment, provision could be made for the reinforcing profile is welded externally to the U-shaped, the main thing being that it forms a box hollow on one side of the mast.

La base 24 du vérin est reliée hydrauliquement à la pompe 9.The internal face of the flanges 12 and the external face profiles 13 serve as raceways for two pairs of rollers 15 with horizontal axes 16, on which is mounted an equipment carriage 17, shown in low position in Figure 1, and dotted in position high. The carriage 17 is hooked to a chain 18 which makes back on a pulley 19 and whose opposite strand is connected to a fastening support 20 connected to a fixed point by relation to the cylinder body. Pulley 19 is itself mounted on a yoke 21 coupled to the head of a rod of a cylinder 22 passing through a fixed guide 23 provided at the level of attachment support 20. The base 24 of the jack is connected hydraulically at the pump 9.

To ensure the carriage 17 rises, the lever pumping 8 ensures the lifting of the rod 22 and the yoke 21. The chain 18 being fixed to its attachment support 20, drives the carriage in its upward movement.

There is a profile close to that described above, the same elements carrying the same references. But at the interior telescopic beam 25, is welded, on both sides, a rolling guide 26 in shape of S. The mobile beam with its guides forms a mobile frame which can be raised along the fixed profile on the one hand thanks to two rollers 27 with axis horizontal secured to the mobile beam resting against the reinforcing profile 13, and on the other hand two rollers 40 with horizontal axis integral with the profile 1 .. On this beam 25 and at its base is welded a plate 29 which carries the two axes of the bearings 27 as well as friction pads 30 bearing against the internal face of each edge 12. Lights 31 provided in the plate 29 contain a rocker 32 allowing the adjustment from the outside, using the small pushers 33, the clearance of the inner beam with respect to the mast.

We note that the rolling guide 26 contains the rollers 15 of the equipment carriage 17 described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. The carriage is advantageously made up of two pieces of cut sheet metal forming cheeks on which are welded the axes of the rollers 15. The cheeks are joined together by a profile 36 of the type tool holder, in upper position. Other skates 34 are visible between the beam 25 and the reinforcement profile 13.

The carriage 17 rolls in the slides 26 of the mobile frame, pulled vertically by strap 35, the opposite strand of which is hooked by a attachment support 20 to the base 24 of the jack, that is to say the base of the fixed part of the mast 1. We see that the upper end of the movable rod 22 of the jack acts on a yoke 21 carrying the pulley 19. The lifting of the rod 22 therefore drives the movable beam 25 which is attached, but also the carriage 17 with a speed of displacement twice that of the beam mobile 25 thanks to the haulage produced by the pulley assembly 19 and strap 35, and this telescopic assembly allows therefore a much greater lifting of the equipment carriage, compared to the system described with reference in Figures 1 and 2.

The structure of the mast according to the examples of realization previously described, integrating a box hollow developing vertically from the rear side of the carriage, gives it a rigidity at least equivalent to that of the two vertical beams of the conventional type. In besides the mast thus being closed at the rear part, that is to say on the side where the user stands, the user does not may inadvertently reach the mobile mechanisms of lifting, protected by the hull which constitutes the mast streamlined, which is real progress in terms of safety, and avoid adding hoods or screens protection. Finally this unique mast gives an aesthetic new to the cart and for the user, increases its field of vision on the products transported, and the zones circulation and storage.
