Abstract

Gemässs der Erfindung werden einzelne Ereignisse eines zeitlich ablaufenden Vorganges untersucht und miteinander in Zusammenhang gebracht. Ein jedes Ereignis wird in Relation zu mehreren anderen, insbesondere benachbarten Ereignissen gesetzt.
Hierzu werden zeitliche Differenzen zu anderen Ereignissen betrachtet. Nach Massgabe der Intensität zweier miteinander verknüpfter Ereignisses wird eine Häufigkeitsverteilung auf Basis zugeordneter Zeitdifferenzen gebildet. Die Häufigkeitsverteilung wird einer Mustererkennung zugeführt und liefert Aufschluss über z.B. Defekte an rotierenden Maschinenteilen oder an produziertem Halbzeug.
