Abstract

Verfahren zum Brennen von pulverförmigem Rohmaterial in einer Anlage mit einem parallel arbeitenden, mehrstufigen Zyklonvorwärmer mit Ofenstrang und Kalzinatorstrang, einem Ofen (K) und einer Kühlereinheit (C), von der ein Teilstrom als Sekundärluft durch den Ofen (K) und Ofenstrang strömt und ein anderer Teilstrom als Tertiärluft dem Kalzinator (Ca1) des Kalzinatorstrangs zugeführt wird und weiter in den Kalzinatorstrang strömt, wobei aufgegebenes Rohmaterial stufenweise vorerwärmt, dann kalziniert und schließlich gesintert wird.
Der durch den Ofen (K) geleitete Gasstrom wird in einen dem Ofenstrang zugeordneten Kalzinator (Ca2) geleitet, in dessen unteren Bereich Brennstoff zugeführt und in dessen oberen Teil ein weiterer, von der Kühlereinheit (C) abgeleiteter Teilstrom als Tertiärluft eingeführt wird. In den mit dem Gesamtmaterialstrom beschickten Kalzinator (Ca1) des Kalzinatorstrangs wird oberhalb der Einmündung des Tertiärluft-Teilstroms Brennstoff in zwei übereinander liegenden Ebenen zugeführt.
