zum Umfang des Kopfes 3 hin offen sind. Diese Kopfnuten 10,11,12 sind mit den
Abfuhrnuten 6, 7 verbunden. Im gezeigten Beispiel sind die Kopfnuten 10,12 mit der
Abfuhrnut 6 und die Kopfnut 11 mit der Abfuhrnut 7 verbunden.The
Claims (7)
- Drilling and/or chiselling tool, comprising an insert end (1) which is matched to the chuck of drive units and next to which, as seen in the drilling direction, lies a shaft (2) with at least one peripherally open helical removal groove (6, 7), and adjacent to the shaft (2) is a drilling head (3) of a diameter which substantially corresponds with the shaft (2), which comprises in cutouts (8), which are open towards the free end, one or more hard metal inserts (9) which are provided with cutting areas (9a) commencing from a central part (9b) in three directions radially to at least the periphery of the head (3), and the head (3) has between the cutting areas (9a) three peripherally open head grooves (10, 11, 12) which are joined to the removal grooves (6, 7), characterised in that the three head grooves (10, 11, 12) are associated with exactly two removal grooves (6, 7).
- Tool according to Claim 1, characterised in that the three cutting areas (9a) extend at an essentially equal angle radially up to the periphery of the head (3).
- Tool according to Claim 2, characterised in that one of the two removal grooves (6) is connected to two head grooves (10, 12).
- Tool according to Claim 2 or 3, characterised in that at least one of the head grooves (10, 11, 12) is connected to both removal grooves (6, 7).
- Tool according to one of Claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the removal grooves (6, 7) have identical cross-sectional surfaces.
- Tool according to one of Claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the removal grooves (6, 7) have different cross-sectional surfaces.
- Tool according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the three head grooves (10, 11, 12) have essentially equal cross-sectional surfaces.
