Description

The invention relates to a refrigerator door with an outer cladding, a heat insulation layer and an inner cladding, on which storage compartments are held for storing refrigerated goods.
In the case of refrigerator doors, it is customary to equip their inner cladding with holding measures for holding door storage compartments, which can be attached to the inner cladding both at a distance from one another and next to one another. In the event that bottle-like storage goods are to be stored in a lower-lying storage compartment, the storage compartment above is to be arranged at a distance which is at least the height of the bottle-like storage goods in order to make such storage goods at all possible to be stored. To securely hold the bottle-like storage goods during the opening process of the door, the storage compartment for supporting the bottle-like storage goods must either be provided with sufficiently high side walls or with an additional bottle holding bracket which is arranged at a distance from the free upper end of the side walls of the storage compartment. While a bottle holder to be attached to a storage compartment means additional manufacturing effort, a storage compartment specially equipped with high side walls means that it is only suitable for storing small-sized refrigerated goods to a limited extent, since it can hardly be seen in the stored state and can only be removed with difficulty from the storage compartment.
The invention is based, with simple, constructive measures to improve the storage compartments to be attached to the inner lining in such a way that the disadvantages of the prior art are avoided and at the same time the utility of the storage compartments is increased. This object is achieved according to the invention in that at least two storage compartments arranged approximately one above the other are provided on the inner lining, the storage compartments of which are arranged at least partially overlapping, the storage compartment of the higher storage compartment being at least partially recessable in the overlap area.
With the solution according to the invention, the possibility is created in a simple manner of being able to use the deep-lying storage compartment directly for storing items packed in high containers, such as bottles or the like, without changing the higher-lying storage compartment in its high position towards larger distances must and without having to specially design or equip the lower-lying storage compartment, since with the help of the cut-out which can be inserted into the storage compartment of the higher-lying storage compartment, direct storage of bottle-like storage goods which are outstanding in the distance between the two storage compartments is possible, and at the same time this storage goods are supported by the edges of the free-storage area is securely supported at its upper end without additional means when opening the door. The cut-out avoids a minimum distance between two height-adjoining storage compartments, which is necessary for storing bottle-like stored goods, so that there is the possibility of arranging the storage compartments on the inner lining at shorter heights from one another, as a result of which a larger number of such storage compartments can be attached to the inner lining, and thus a not insignificant increase in the storage capacity of the cooling device is achieved. In addition, an elevation of the storage compartment walls of the storage compartment provided for bottle-like storage goods can be dispensed with, so that the storage compartments can be provided with essentially the same height with regard to their storage compartment walls, and the storage compartment provided for storing bottle-like storage goods can also be used for the clear storage of small-sized items Chilled goods are suitable. In addition, on the storage compartment provided for storing bottle-like stored goods, additional holding means for the stored goods packed in high containers, such as a bottle holding bracket or the like, can be omitted.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, it is provided that the recess in the storage compartment floor of the higher storage compartment can be made at least in the vicinity of its free side wall which is modified from the inner lining. By arranging the recess in this way, particularly secure support of the goods packed in high containers is achieved at the free end thereof, since this is supported over the height of the side wall of the higher storage compartment.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, it is provided that the recess can be produced by pivoting at least one storage compartment section about a horizontal axis of rotation.
Zudem ist der die Aussparung überdeckende Abschnitt des Ablagefachbodens fest dem Ablagefach zugeordnet und somit unverlierbar an diesem gehaltertWith such a solution, a rapid introduction of the recess into the storage compartment floor is possible, so that the storage compartment can quickly be converted from its typical application as a storage facility for refrigerated goods for a combined application, namely on the one hand as a storage facility for refrigerated goods and on the other hand as a holding measure for in packaged goods in high containers. In addition, the section of the storage compartment floor covering the recess is permanently assigned to the storage compartment and is thus held captively on the storage compartment
The cutout in the storage compartment is particularly simple in terms of production technology and can thus be achieved cost-effectively if, according to an alternative embodiment of the object of the invention, it is provided that the relief can be generated by removing at least one storage compartment section loosely inserted into the storage compartment. In addition, with such an embodiment, there is the possibility of assembling the storage compartment section covering the clearance from several individual sections, as a result of which the clearance created in the storage compartment can be adapted in a particularly simple manner to the individual needs of an operator of the cold appliance.
Gemäß einer nächsten bevorzugten Ausfuhrungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Ablagefachboden der übereinander angeordneten Ablagefacher zumindest annähernd überdeckend angeordnet sind, wobei der Ablagefachboden des hoheriiegenden Ablagefaches wenigstens in einem Teil um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbarAccording to a next preferred embodiment of the object of the invention it is provided that the storage compartment of the stacked storage compartments are arranged at least approximately overlapping, the storage compartment of the higher storage compartment being pivotable at least in part about a horizontal axis
Such a solution creates the possibility of being able to set the stored goods packed in high containers over the entire length of the lower storage compartment, without the storage of the stored goods being hindered by the storage compartment of the higher storage compartment Unimpeded storage of goods packed in high containers on the lower storage compartment is particularly cost-effective if, according to a last advantageous embodiment of the object of the invention, it is provided that the storage compartment of the stacking storage compartments is arranged at least approximately overlapping, the storage compartment of the higher storage compartment at least from a loose part which can be removed from the higher storage compartment
Die Erfindung ist in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung anhand eines in der beigefugten Zeichnung vereinfacht dargestellten Ausfuhrungsbeispieles erläutertThe invention is explained in the following description with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in simplified form in the attached drawing

Hierbei dient die Ablagefachwandung 24 des Ablagefaches 22 zugleich als Sicherungsmaßnahme für das flaschenartige Lagergut 27, wobei der mit Abstand zur innenverkleidung angeordnete Wandsabschnitt der Ablagefachwandung 24 als Flaschen-Rückhaltebügel, insbesondere beim Öffnen der Kühlschranktür 10 dient.1 shows a simplified schematic representation of a cooling cabinet 10, which has an outer covering 11 produced by non-cutting shaping of a corrosion-protected sheet metal blank, which is provided with a door handle 12 on one of its vertical side edges when the cooling cabinet 10 is in the installed state. The outer covering 11, together with an inner covering 13, encloses a cavity which is filled with heat insulation material, through the hasive effect, the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 13 are connected to a dimensionally stable door body. The inner lining 12 is provided near the edge with a magnetic seal 14 which, when the refrigerator door 10 is closed, rests on a housing edge of a refrigerator housing (not shown) which serves as an anchor for the magnets. Following the magnetic seal 14, the inner lining 13 has a frame-like casing 15, within which a vertically arranged spar 16 is connected, by means of which the clear width of the casing is divided into approximately two sections of equal width. The spar 16, together with the vertical sections of the casing 15, serves to hold door storage compartments, of which the near the higher horizontal section of the casing 15 are designed as so-called butter boxes 17, while the storage boxes 18 and 21 arranged underneath are essentially in the form of a have an elongated shell. The lower-lying storage compartment 18 is formed in one piece from the storage compartments 18 and 21 from a storage compartment floor 19 and a storage compartment wall 20 directed thereon. The storage compartment 21 arranged between the storage compartment 18 and the butter compartment 17, like the storage compartment 18, has a storage compartment shelf 22 which, in contrast to the storage compartment shelf 19, can be pivoted about a horizontal axis of rotation 23, which in the present exemplary embodiment is on the long edge of the interior facing 13 facing the interior lining 13 Storage shelf 22 is arranged and which is formed by circular cross-shaped pin-like, aligned to each other approaches (see also FIGS. 2 and 3). The storage compartment 22 is congruent with the storage compartment 19 of the storage compartment 18 and surrounded by a storage compartment wall 24, the narrower wall sections of which extend vertically from the inner lining 13 are provided at their lower end with support strips 25, the length of which is almost the clear width between the longer, Wall sections running parallel to the inner cladding 13 corresponds to the storage compartment wall 24. Of the wall sections of the storage compartment wall 24 running parallel to the inner lining 13, the section located adjacent to the inner lining 13 serves as a stop for the storage shelf 22 located in its folded-up position II, which in its horizontal storage division I with the shorter lateral edges of its underside on the support strips 25 trimmed. In this position, the storage compartment 22, like the storage compartment 19 of the storage compartment 18, serves to place refrigerated goods 26 (see FIG. 2 in this regard). In the event that the storage compartment 18 is to be used for storing stored goods 27, packaged in high containers such as bottles, milk cartons or the like, the storage shelf 22 is in the storage area before the stored goods 27 are parked. to bring compartment 18 into its vertical position II, as a result of which the goods to be stored 27 can be placed in the compartment 18 via the clearance which has now arisen in the compartment 21. Here, the storage compartment wall 24 of the storage compartment 22 also serves as a safety measure for the bottle-like storage item 27, the wall section of the storage compartment wall 24 arranged at a distance from the inner lining serving as a bottle retaining bracket, in particular when the refrigerator door 10 is opened.
In the event that the lower-lying storage compartment 18 is used to store refrigerated goods 26, the height of which is less than the height spacing of the two storage compartments 18 and 21, the pivotable storage compartment shelf 22 can be pivoted back into its horizontal storage position, so that the storage compartment 21 as well is usable for serving refrigerated goods.
Contrary to the present embodiment, it is also conceivable that the storage compartment 22 of the storage compartment 21 can also be swiveled in sections or loosely, so that this opens up the possibility of being able to use at least part of the storage compartment 22 as a storage surface if bottle-like in the lower storage compartment 18 Storage goods 27 is parked, the height of which exceeds the height distance between the two storage compartments 18 and 21, so that the storage shelf 22 must be pivoted at least partially from its horizontal storage position into its vertical position.
It is also conceivable to arrange the two storage compartments 18 and 21 offset from one another in such a way that their storage shelves 19 and 22 are only partially overlapping, the overlapping part of the higher storage compartment 22 then being designed to be pivotable in order to have the possibility , by pivoting this part of the storage shelf 22 to be able to adjust stored goods in high containers in the lower storage compartment 18 without having to change the height distance of the two storage compartments 18 or 21 for the purpose of storing this storage goods.
