Der Trägerkörper ist mit Kammern 2 versehen, in die elektrische Kontaktelemente 3 eingesetzt sind. Dabei sind die Kontaktelemente in den Kammern formschlüssig gehalten. Darüber hinaus wirkt diese Festhaltung des Drahtschutzbleches über die Anformungen in der Art eines Drehlagers und das Drahtschutzblech kann im geringen Maße um die Achse X schwenken.
Der Übergang 13 vom Fuß 11 zum Schenkel 10 des Drahtschutzbleches ist vorzugsweise gerundet ausgeführt um eine Federung des Drahtschutzbleches in diesem Bereich zu erzielen. Weiterhin ist der Schenkel 10 des Drahtschutzbleches mit einer Einprägung 14 mit einer Wölbung nach außen versehen, die sich bei montiertem Drahtschutzblech im Bereich der Schraube 8 befindet. Daraus resultiert eine hohe Klemmkraft auf den Leiter und eine Reduzierung der Biegebeanspruchung des Drahtschutzbleches.
