Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung des Lenkantriebes einer zweibandagigen Bodenverdichtungsvorrichtung (1) mit Doppellenkung, insbesondere einer Straßenwalze mit Doppelschemellenkung, wobei der Lenkantrieb beider getrennt ansteuerbaren Walzenbandage (2, 3) von einer Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) in Abhängigkeit der vom Walzenführer ausgewählten Lenkvorgaben und/oder eines vom Walzenführer vorwählbaren Steuerungsprogramms gesteuert wird, und wobei bei Vorwahl eines Steuerungsprogramms "Hundegang" beide Lenkantriebe derart angesteuert werden, daß die beiden Bandagen einen gegenseitigen, vom Walzenführer einstellbaren Spurversatz (c) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) bei einer im Steuerungsprogramm "Hundegang" mit voreingestelltem Spurversatz (c) aufgrund einer ausgewählten Lenkvorgabe durchgeführten Kurvenfahrt den Lenkantrieb beider Bandagen (2, 3) bei Erreichen des Lenkanschlages derart steuert, daß nur die nicht am Lenkanschlag anliegende, freie Bandage zumindest so lange angesteuert wird, bis sich in Folge der der Lenkvorgabe entsprechenden durch die freie Bandage durchgeführte Kurvenfahrt der Bodenverdichtungsvorrichtung die blockierte Bandage vom Lenkanschlag wegbewegt hat. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) entsprechend der Lenkvorgabe beide Bandagen hierauf so lange ansteuert, bis sich wieder eine der beiden Bandagen am Lenkanschlag befindet. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß hierauf die Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) nur die freie Bandage ansteuert, die sich nicht am Lenkanschlag befindet. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) zur Aufrechterhaltung des maximalen Spurversatzes dem Ansteuern des Lenkantriebs der beiden Bandagen ein zusätzliches Ansteuern derart überlagert, daß zumindest nach entsprechend der Lenkvorgabe durchgeführter Kurvenfahrt und beim Übergang in Geradeausfahrt der voreingestellte Spurversatz (c) automatisch wiederhergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das überlagerte Ansteuern zur Wiederherstellung des voreingestelten Spurversatzes (c) bereits während der Kurvenfahrt erfolgt. - Zweibandagige Bodenverdichtungsvorrichtung (1) mit Doppellenkung, insbesondere Straßenwalze mit Doppelschemellenkung, wobei die Bodenverdichtungsvorrichtung zwei getrennt durch eine Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) in Abhängigkeit der vom Walzenführer ausgewählten Lenkvorgaben und/oder eines vom Walzenführer vorwählbaren Steuerungsprogramms über jeweils einen Lenkantrieb (24, 25) ansteuerbare Walzenbandagen aufweist, wobei der Lenkantrieb jeder Bandage durch die Steuerungsvorrichtung derart ansteuerbar ist, daß bei Vorwahl eines Steuerungsprogramms "Hundegang" beide Bandagen einen gegenseitigen, vom Walzenführer einstellbaren Spurversatz (c) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lenkantrieb (24, 25) der Bandagen (2, 3) durch die Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) im Steuerungsprogramm "Hundegang" mit voreingestelltem Spurversatz (c) bei Erreichen des Lenkanschlags einer oder beider Bandagen derart ansteuerbar ist, daß die Auswahl einer Lenkvorgabe zu einem Ansteuern nur des Lenkantriebs führt, der der nicht am Lenkanschlag anliegenden, freien Bandage zugeordnet ist. - Bodenverdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) an jeweils den Walzenbandagen (2, 3) zugeordnete, insbesondere zur Anzeige des Erreichens des Lenkanschlags dienende Winkelerfassungsvorrichtungen (22, 23) angeschlossen ist, und daß die Steuerungsvorrichtung (21) derart steuerbar ist, daß sie zumindest so lange nur den Lenkantrieb (24, 25) der nicht am Lenkanschlag anliegenden freien Bandage (2, 3) ansteuert, wie die Winkelerfassungsvorrichtung (22, 23) der anderen, sich am Lenkanschlag befindenden, blockierten Bandage (3, 2) ein Anliegen am Lenkanschlag anzeigt.
