- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en coupe transversale d'une huítre à l'état naturel ;
- la figure 2 est une vue analogue à celle de la figure 1 après perçage du trou dans la coquille supérieure ;
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle de détail de la figure 2 après mise en place d'un palier de guidage de l'outil d'ouverture, conformément à l'invention ;
- la figure 4 est une vue analogue à celles des figures 1 et 2, l'outil d'ouverture ayant été mis en place dans le palier ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe verticale agrandie d'un premier exemple de réalisation d'un palier pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'invention ;
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe verticale agrandie d'un autre exemple de réalisation du palier de la figure 5.

Claims (9)
- Procédé de traitement des coquillages bi-valves, notamment des huítres destiné à faciliter leur ouverture, dans lequel on réalise un trou dans la coquille supérieure du coquillage à proximité du muscle adducteur caractérisé en ce qu'on fixe dans ledit trou un palier ouvert (8) dont le diamètre interne est adapté au diamètre externe de la tige de l'outil d'ouverture (9).
- Dispositif pour l'ouverture de coquillages bi-valves, notamment les huítres caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une part d'un palier ouvert (8) ayant une âme tubulaire et au moins une extrémité conformée en collerette ou dôme (10) et d'autre part d'un outil d'ouverture (9) comportant une tige (14) coudée à 90° et en ce que le diamètre de ladite tige, au moins dans sa partie formant pivot en position d'utilisation, correspond au diamètre interne de l'âme du palier (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé cn ce que le palier (8) comporte des moyens (12, 13) de renforcement de sa résistance à l'arrachement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de résistance à l'arrachement du palier (8) sont constitués par un bourrelet (12) disposé à l'extrémité de l'âme (11) opposée à la collerette (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de résistance à l'arrachement du palier (8) sont constitués par des sculptures (13) disposées sur la face externe de l'âme (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la tête du palier (8) présente une pente coopérant avec une pente similaire (16) de l'outil d'ouverture (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le palier (8) est fabriqué dans une matière plastique alimentaire déformable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre externe de l'âme du palier (8) est de l'ordre de 3 à 5 mm et son diamètre interne de l'ordre de 2 à 2,5 mm.
- Coquillage bi-valve, notamment huítre, caractérisé en ce qu'il porte sur sa coquille supérieure (1), à proximité de son muscle adducteur (3), un palier (8), selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8.
