Abstract
Zweistoffbrenner für die Oxidation von flüssigem und von gasförmigem Brennstoff mit Luft, der mit einer einen divergenten Spritzkegel (Flüssigbrennstoff) erzeugenden Zerstäuberdüse (2), mit einer ringförmigen Zerstäuberlippe (3) als Prallkörper für den Spritzkegel (13) und mit einem primären Kanal (5)für einen ersten Luftstrom L1 durch den Spritzkegel und das Innere der Zerstäuberlippe sowie mit einem sekundären Kanal (6) für einen zweiten Luftstrom (L2) über die Außenseite der Zerstäuberlippe mit gemeinsamer, koaxialer Mündung an deren hinterem Ende (Zerstäuberkante) versehen ist. Zwischen den beiden Kanälen (primär, sekundär) führt ein Kanal (7) für den gasförmigen Brennstoff in das Innere der Zerstäuberlippe (3) und mündet stromaufwärts der Zerstäuberkante (4) in einen oder beide Kanäle (5,6). Dual-fuel burner for the oxidation of liquid and gaseous fuel with air, which has an atomizer nozzle (2) producing a divergent spray cone (liquid fuel), an annular atomizer lip (3) as an impact body for the spray cone (13) and a primary channel (5 ) for a first air flow L1 through the spray cone and the interior of the atomizer lip and with a secondary duct (6) for a second air flow (L2) over the outside of the atomizer lip with a common, coaxial mouth at the rear end (atomizer edge). Between the two channels (primary, secondary) a channel (7) for the gaseous fuel leads into the interior of the atomizer lip (3) and opens upstream of the atomizer edge (4) into one or both channels (5,6).
