Claims (6)
- Sichellose Innenzahnradpumpe;1.1 mit einem innenverzahnten Hohlrad (1);1.2 mit einem Ritzel (2), das mit dem Hohlrad (1) kämmt;1.3 Ritzel (2) und Hohlrad (1) sind in einem Gehäuse (3) drehbar gelagert, das einen Sauganschluß (3.1) und einen Druckanschluß (3.2) aufweist;1.4 das Hohlrad (1) weist radiale Durchbrüche (1.1) auf, die jeweils eine leitende Verbindung zwischen dem Zahngrund und der Mantelfläche des Hohlrades (1) herstellen;1.5 zwischen den tragenden Flanken der Zähne (1.3) des Hohlrades (1) oder der Zähne (2.2) des Ritzels (2) und den Radialbohrungen des Hohlrades (1) sind leitende Verbindungen (1.4, 2.3) hergestellt.
- Innenzahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leitenden Verbindungen (1.4, 2.3) sowohl in den tragenden Flanken der Zähne (1.3) des Hohlrades (1) als auch in den tragenden Flanken der Zähne (2.2) des Ritzels (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Innenzahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leitenden Verbindungen aus Nuten (1.4, 2.3) bestehen, die sich wenigstens über einen Teil der Länge der betreffenden Flanken erstrecken.
- Innenzahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Nuten (1.4, 2.3) über die gesamte Flankenlänge der betreffenden Zähne erstrecken.
- Innenzahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Nuten (1.4, 2.3) in jeder Flanke axial nebeneinander liegend vorgesehen sind.
- Innenzahnradpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung leitender Verbindungen im Randbereich der Zahnflanken Anfasungen vorgesehen sind.
