Description

Aus der DE-AS 1 259 291 ist eine als Ringbuch ausgebildete Mappe der vorstehenden Art bekannt, bei der der die Mappendeckel miteinander verbindende Mappenrücken außen und innen durch vor ihrer Anbringung unterschiedliche Krümmungsradien aufweisende Profilschienen aus elastisch verformbarem Kunststoff verstärkt ist, wobei die außen liegende Profilschiene mit integralen Haltezapfen für die Ringbuchmechanik versehen ist. Die bekannte Mappe vermag aus mehreren Gründen nicht voll zu befriedigen. Ein erster Grund besteht darin, daß die Profilschienen von lediglich leicht gekrümmten Kunststoffstreifen gebildet werden, deren Steifigkeit zu wünschen übrig läßt. Als nachteilig erweist sich die begrenzte Steifigkeit dabei insbesondere dann, wenn die Streifen länger als die Ringbuchmechanik sind. Im letzteren Fall muß nämlich mit einem Aufspreizen der Kunststoffstreifen am oberen und unteren Ende des Mappenrückens gerechnet werden. Problematisch ist zudem der Umstand, daß die Streifen vor dem Zusammenfügen unterschiedliche Krümmungsradien aufweisen. Dies führt dazu, daß beim Zusammenfügen der Profilschienen und der Ringbuchmechanik im Bereich der Anlage der Längskanten der im Ausgangszustand stärker gekrümmten äußeren Profilschiene gegen den Mappenrücken auf diesen eine Kerbbeanspruchung ausgeübt wird, die die Gefahr einer Rißbildung in sich birgt. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Profilschienen zur Erhöhung der Steifigkeit des Mappenrückens dienende seitliche Stege aufweisen und im Bereich ihrer Enden durch jeweils eine Abdeckkappe miteinander verbunden sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Mappe zeichnet sich durch einen Mappenrücken großer Steifigkeit aus. Da die Profilschienen an ihren Enden durch Abdeckkappen miteinander verbunden sind, bilden sie gewissermaßen über ihre ganze Länge eine Einheit, die den Mappenrücken nicht nur verstärkt, sondern auch seine oberen und unteren Enden vor Beschädigungen schützt.The invention has for its object a folder in Considered type to create that over a portfolio which is characterized by great stability. Deckel 1 und 2, die über einen Mappenrücken 3 miteinander
verbunden sind. Mit dem dem Mappenrücken 3 abgewandten Außenrand
4 des Deckels 2 ist über ein Filmscharnier 5 eine Klappe
6 verbunden, die im Abstand vom Filmscharnier 5 mit einem
Stütz- und Halteanschlag 7 versehen ist, der ein Widerlager
für den dem Mappenrücken 3 abgewandten Außenrand 8 des Dekkels
1 bildet. Mit 9 sind parallel zum Filmscharnier 5 und
zum Anschlag 7 verlaufende Nuten bezeichnet, die ebenfalls
als Widerlager für den Außenrand 8 des Deckels 1 nutzbar
sind. Die Deckel 1 und 2, der Mappenrücken 3 und die Klappe 6
bestehen aus zwei Folienabschnitten, die an ihren Rändern und
im Bereich des Filmscharniers 5 und zweier weiterer den Mappenrücken
3 mit den Deckeln 1 und 2 verbindender Filmscharniere
10 und 11 miteinander verschweißt sind. Die Deckel 1
und 2 und das Ende 12 der Klappe 6 sind durch nicht dargestellte
Kartoneinlagen verstärkt. Im Bereich des Mappenrükkens
3 kann auf eine Kartoneinlage verzichtet werden, da die
Stabilität des Mappenrückens mit anderen Mitteln erzielt

ihrer Unterseite angeordneten, zur Erhöhung der Steifigkeit
dienenden Längsrippen 21 versehen.A
In Fig. 3 ist der Querschnitt der Abdeckung 16 im nicht auf
die Profilschiene 17 geklipsten Zustand dargestellt. Um die
Länge Lo der Schlitze 15 auf ein Maß L1 zu vergrößern, das
ausreicht, um die Ringe 14 durch die Schlitze 15 stecken zu
können, wird die Abdeckung 16 in die in Fig. 4 dargestellte
Form überführt und anschließend auf das Unterteil des Gehäuses
18 aufgeklipst. Bei der Herstellung der Mappe erfolgt das
Anbringen der Abdeckung 16 allerdings erst, nachdem die Profilschiene
17 und die Ringbuchmechanik 13 zusammen mit einer
Profilschiene 22 mittels Nieten 23 mit dem Mappenrücken 3
verbunden worden sind. Die Profilschiene 22 bildet bei geschlossener
Mappe den Hauptteil des sichtbaren Mappenrückens
und läßt sich nicht zuletzt aufgrund ihrer schrägen Flanken
24,25 als Griffleiste nutzen. Im in Fig. 1 dargestellten,
aufgeklappten Zustand der Mappe erfüllen die auf den normalen
Spreizwinkel der Deckel 1,2 in der Flipchartposition abgestimmten
schrägen Flanken 24,25 der Stützprofilschiene 22
eine zusätzliche Funktion, die darin besteht, daß sie die
gegen sie anliegenden Enden der Deckel 1 und 2 abstützen und
dadurch die Stabilität des Flipcharts spürbar erhöhen. Die
von einem Abschnitt eines Strangpreßhohlprofils gebildete
Profilschiene 22 weist ebenfalls hohle seitliche Stege 26 und
27 auf, die Rastnuten 28,29 zur Aufnahme einer Sichtleiste 30
mit nach innen gebogenen Rändern 31,32 bilden, in die ein

die darin besteht, daß sie den endseitigen Zusammenhalt der
Profilschienen 17 und 22 fördern. Zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit
der Verbindung zwischen den Abdeckkappen 34 und den Profilschienen
17,22 dient eine am freien Ende eines Auslegers 37
angeordnete Rastnase 38, die in ein ihr zugeordnetes in der
Zeichnung nicht dargestelltes Loch im Bodenbereich der Profilschiene
22 einrasten kann.The
Claims (14)
