Definitions
- the invention relates to a container for receiving a geometric triangle.
- a triangle of geometry can be stored gently and safely.
- Such geometric triangles are mainly made of plastic material. If these geometry triangles are used improperly, their corners break off very easily, as a result of which their usefulness is practically more or less completely lost.
- From the EP 1 632 146 A1 is a trained in the manner of a bag such container known.
- the container has two plates covering the two bases of a geometric triangle.
- the two plates are arranged parallel to each other and their mutual distance is such that a geometric triangle can be pushed into the hollow space between the two plates.
- protruding from the plates in the interior protrusions may be present, in which then the geometric triangle frictionally engaged sufficiently firmly in the inserted state.
- the present invention seeks to provide a container of the type mentioned, which can be produced particularly economically simple.
- the container according to the invention for storing a geometric triangle is characterized in that the mutual distance of its two plates is different.
- the distance near one pocket edge is smaller than at the other edge of the pocket running at an angle thereto.
- a geometry triangle inserted between the plates can be frictionally held between the two plates adjacent to the one pocket edge, while at the other pocket edge there is a larger clearance between the geometric triangle and the plates.
- the triangular-shaped container with one of its triangular points pushed into the triangular-shaped container into the geometric triangle is only when it is pushed almost completely into the container, held by the two plates, from above and below, frictionally clamped.
- this different spacing can be achieved by providing different spacers between the two plates in the respective pocket edges.
- the one type of spacer may consist of a flap, which adheres via a line of weakness in one piece to the one plate.
- the other type of spacer may consist of a plate strip, which is present between the two plates and connected integrally via two lines of weakness with these two plates.
- Such a construction of spacers is used in the embodiments.
- the one-piece blank from which the container is made makes assembling the bag very easy; so only two plate parts, once the envelope flap and the other the Turn plate strips with the attached plate to the other plate. At the plate edges then the two plates must be firmly connected together in the envelope flap.
- This connection can be, for example, an adhesive connection and in particular a welded connection.
- This welded connection can be made by an ultrasonic welding or by a laser welding or other, the plastic from which such containers are preferably made, adapted connection technology to connect the two plates thermally firmly together.
- a slot recess can be provided in the one of the two plates.
- the slot can then be shaped so that the geometric triangle can be pushed with its handle along the slot into the container.
- the container and thus the plate material preferably consists of semi-rigid, flexible plastic material.
- the plastic material and thus the individual plates of the container need not be completely rigid.
- a container 10 made of a plastic material strip serves to receive a geometry trolley 12.
- the container 10 has two plates 14, 16 substantially identical in plan view, which are integrally connected to one another via a plate strip 18 present between them.
- a line of weakness 20 is formed between the plate strip 18 and the plate 14 and between the plate strip 18 and the plate 16.
- two cantilever plate parts 24, 26 are present in the present example case, leaving between them a recess 28 with a semicircular base 30 free.
- a hole 32 and 34 In the plate member 24 and in the plate member 26 is a hole 32 and 34. These two plate parts 24, 26, could not be present in a container according to the invention.
- the plate 14 has, without its plate parts 24, 26, a rectangular triangular base area, which corresponds to the base area of the geometric triangle 12. While the plate parts 24, 26 hang on one of its cantilevered cathodes, an envelope flap 36 hangs integrally on its other catheter via a weakening line 38. In the area of the plate strip 18 and thus in the area of the hypotenuse of the plate 14, the flap 36 has a chamfer 40. In the plate 16 is also a recess 42 with a semicircular base 30 is present. The recess 42 differs from the recess 28 in that it does not engage as deeply in the plate 16 as in the case of the plate 14 is the case. In the area of the recess 42, plate parts comparable to the two plate parts 24, 26 are not present.
- a weld 44 extends centrally along the flap 36.
- the weld 44 is as a discontinuous weld line in Fig. 1 gratitude.
- the width 46 of the plate strip 18 causes the distance D2 in the interior of the container 10 in the region of the plate strip 18 (FIG. Fig. 3 ). In the region of the weld 44, the three plates are firmly connected. The thickness of the three plates is here the distance D1 inside the container in the area of Cover flap 36 again. As the Fig. 3 illustrates, the distance D1 is smaller than the distance D2. The distance D1 is present so that the geometric triangle 12 is clamped in the area of the flap 36 in the container 10. The width 46 of the plate strip 18 is greater than the thickness of the geometric triangle 12, so that there is a free space in the region of the plate strip 18, between the geometric triangle 12 and the two plates 14, 16.
- Geometry triangle has so in the area of the plate strip 18 air between them and the two plates 14 and 16.
- the hypotenuse 52 of the geometric triangle 12 abuts against the plate strip 18 in the fully inserted state.
- air is present between the geometric triangle 12 and the two plates 14, 16.
- the geometric triangle 12 is thus held by the clamping holder along the edge 60 of the container 10. At the other edge 62 of the container 10, which has the plate strip 18, the geometric triangle 12 is not clamped.
- the two holes 32, 34 in the two plate parts 24, 26 have such a mutual distance that they can reach through the clip gripper a hole mechanics of a folder.
- the container 10 can thus be stored permanently embedded with embedded geometry triangle 12 in a folder. Through the hole mechanism is also prevented that the geometric triangle 12 can fall out of the container 10 out.
- the plate parts 24, 26 also form a certain guide for inserting a geometric triangle 12 into the container 10.
- the geometric triangle 12 can be placed, so to speak, by means of its front dipping into the container 10 into the triangle tip on the plate member 24 or 26 and then guided as it were guided into the container 10 into it.
- container 10.4 differs from the container 10 to the effect that in its plate 14.4 and in its plate 16.4 comparatively larger recesses 28.4 and 42.4 are present.
- the existing in the plate 16.4 recess 42.4 leaves room for a attached to a geometric triangle 12.4 rod-shaped handle 70.
- This handle 70 extends in the present For example, parallel to the hypotenuse 52 of the geometric triangle.
- the recess 42.4 thus has a parallel to the edge 62 of the container 10.4 extending edge 72.
- the geometric triangle 12.4 can be pushed with its handle 70 in the container 10.4 inside.
- the hypotenuse 52 of the geometric triangle 12.4 then slides along the edge 62 without applying frictional forces. Only in almost completely einitzenden state its front triangle tip C comes in the area of the flap 36 and thus in the small area of the container there 10.4.
- the recess 42.4 is designed slot-like in the present example.
- the recess has a täschenförmige slot width 76 which is greater than the width 74 of the handle 70. In this way, the handle 70 can be easily slid into the slot-like recess 42.4 into it.
- the slot opening has a unilateral widening 78. This widening 78 is aligned in the superimposed state of the two plates 14.4, 14.6 with the recess 28.4, which forms an enlarged relative to the container 10 Griffausbloodung in the lower plate 14.4. The geometric triangle 12.4 can thus be pushed out of the container 10.4 once in the region of the handle recess 28.4 or by grasping the handle 70 or, conversely, pushed into the container 10.4.
- container 10.6 is a recess 42.6 in the plate 16.6 available, which is relatively wide and which allows the geometric triangle 12.4 not along its hypotenuse 52, as in Fig. 4 the case is, but along its one catheter 50 is pushed into the container 10.6 inside.
- This plate strip 18.6 is not present in the area of the hypotenuse 52 of the geometric triangle 12.4.
- the geometric triangle 12.4 can therefore - according to the Fig. 6 - Be pushed along its catheter 50 without overcoming frictional forces in the container 10.6. In fully einitzendem state then his hypotenuse 52 clamped in the container 10.6 in the vicinity of the flap 36.6.
- the flap 36.6 is longer compared to the flap 36 since it is not along a catheter but along the hypotenuse of the geometric triangle and accordingly the container is present.
- the plate strip 18.6 is shorter than the plate strip 18, since it is not present in the container 10.6 along a catheter hypotenuse.
- the container 10.7 differs from the above containers 10 and 10.4 essentially by its recess 42.7 in its upper plate 16.7. This recess is so large that a rod-shaped handle 70.7 of a geometric triangle 12.7, which is not aligned parallel but perpendicular to the hypotenuse 52 of the geometric triangle, can be inserted into the container 10.7 in a comparable manner as stated above.
- the clamping edge 60 is with the envelope flap 36 in the region of a catheter 50 of the geometric triangle 12.7.
- FIG. 8 shown container 10.8 differs from the container 10.7 by its again contrast modified base 42.8.
- This recess 42.8 is rectangular in the area of its bottom 30.8 in plan. As a result, the handle 70.7 is guided into the container near the bottom 30.8.
- FIG. 9 again shown container 10.7 corresponds to the in Fig. 7 illustrated container. It makes clear that in its recess 42.7, a geometric triangle 12.9 equipped with a round knob-shaped Grrff 70.9, which is round in plan view, can also be stored in the container 10.7, as already described above for the other containers.

Based on this prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a container of the type mentioned, which can be produced particularly economically simple.
This invention is given by the features of
The container according to the invention for storing a geometric triangle is characterized in that the mutual distance of its two plates is different. Thus, the distance near one pocket edge is smaller than at the other edge of the pocket running at an angle thereto. In this way, a geometry triangle inserted between the plates can be frictionally held between the two plates adjacent to the one pocket edge, while at the other pocket edge there is a larger clearance between the geometric triangle and the plates. The triangular-shaped container with one of its triangular points pushed into the triangular-shaped container into the geometric triangle is only when it is pushed almost completely into the container, held by the two plates, from above and below, frictionally clamped. Even a slight extraction of the geometric triangle from the container solves this frictional grip, with the result that the geometric triangle can be easily pulled out of the container completely out. Conversely, the geometric triangle can also easily and without much effort in the container push into it and only in the last necessary displacement force must be spent in the remaining insertion of the geometric triangle, namely to overcome the existing frictional resistance between the geometric triangle and the two plates. This largely possible without frictional resistance pushing in and pulling out of a geometric triangle in such a container also protects the surfaces of the geometric triangle. As a result, the labels and imprints present on the surfaces of the geometric triangle can not be scratched or rubbed off.
As shown in the exemplary embodiments, this different spacing can be achieved by providing different spacers between the two plates in the respective pocket edges.
The one type of spacer may consist of a flap, which adheres via a line of weakness in one piece to the one plate. The other type of spacer may consist of a plate strip, which is present between the two plates and connected integrally via two lines of weakness with these two plates. Such a construction of spacers is used in the embodiments. The one-piece blank from which the container is made makes assembling the bag very easy; so only two plate parts, once the envelope flap and the other the Turn plate strips with the attached plate to the other plate. At the plate edges then the two plates must be firmly connected together in the envelope flap. This connection can be, for example, an adhesive connection and in particular a welded connection. This welded connection can be made by an ultrasonic welding or by a laser welding or other, the plastic from which such containers are preferably made, adapted connection technology to connect the two plates thermally firmly together.
In order to be able to push geometric triangles in such a container, which are provided with a transversely standing handle, a slot recess can be provided in the one of the two plates. The slot can then be shaped so that the geometric triangle can be pushed with its handle along the slot into the container.
It is advisable to arrange the slot parallel to that pocket edge at which the two container plates have the comparatively greater distance. The insertion can then take place without frictional resistance along this edge. Only then, when the geometric triangle is almost completely pushed into the frictional resistance occurs due to the clamping system of the geometric triangle between the two plates.
As already stated, the container and thus the plate material preferably consists of semi-rigid, flexible plastic material. However, the plastic material and thus the individual plates of the container need not be completely rigid.

- Container (10, 10.4, 10.6, 10.7) in the form of a case for the removable insertion of a set square (12, 12.4, 12.7, 12.9),- having two panels (14, 14.4, 16, 16.4, 16.6, 16.7) which cover the two basic surface areas of the set square,- having a respective case periphery (60, 62) along two peripheries of the panels,- wherein two case peripheries (60, 62) leave the opening of the case free between them, and- wherein the two panels (14, 14.4, 16, 16.4, 16.6, 16.7) has a spacing (D1, D2) between them sufficient for accommodating the set square (12, 12.4, 12.7, 12.9),- wherein the spacing (D1) between the two panels (14, 14.4, 16, 16.4, 16.6, 16.7) in the vicinity of the one case periphery (60) is smaller than the corresponding spacing (D2) in the vicinity of the other case periphery (62),- characterized in that- the smaller spacing (D1) is adapted to the thickness of the set square (12, 12.4, 12.7, 12.9) such that the set square can be retained in the container in a frictionally fitting manner in the region in the vicinity of the corresponding one case periphery (60) and the larger spacing (D2) is adapted to the thickness of the set square (12, 12.4, 12.7, 12.9) such that the set square can be positioned in the container without a friction fit in the region alongside the corresponding other case periphery (62).
- Container according to Claim 1,- characterized in that- spacers of different heights in each case are present between the two panels (14, 14.4, 16, 16.4, 16.6, 16.7) in the region of the one case periphery (60, 62) and of the other.
- Container according to Claim 2,- characterized in that- the one type of spacer is a first panel strip which lies flat between the two panels.
- Container according to Claim 3,- characterized in that- the first panel strip is attached integrally, as a fold-over flap (36, 36.6), to one panel.
- Container according to Claim 3 or 4,- characterized in that- the panel strip is fastened on the two panels along the one case periphery (60) via an adhesive-bonding seam or weld seam (44).
- Container according to one of Claims 2 to 5,- characterized in that- the other type of spacer is a second panel strip (18, 18.6) which is connected integrally, via two weakening lines (20, 22), to the two panels (14, 14.4, 16. 16.4, 16.6, 16.7).
- Container according to one of the preceding claims,- characterized in that- a slot recess (42, 42.4, 42.6, 42.7, 42.8) is present in the one panel such that a set square provided with a handle (70, 70.7, 70.9) projecting transversely away from it can be pushed all the way into the container.
- Container according to one of the preceding claims,- characterized in that- a slot recess (42, 42.4, 42.6, 42.7, 42.8) is present in the one panel such that, when a set square which is provided with a handle projecting transversely away from it is pushed in, this handle can be pushed into the slot recess along the same.
- Container according to one of the preceding claims,- characterized in that- the larger spacing (D2) between the two panels is present along that case periphery (62, 62.6) which is oriented parallel to the direction in which a set square is pushed into the container.
- Container according to one of the preceding claims,- characterized in that- at least one panel is larger than the other panel by at least one panel part (24, 26),- the panel part (24, 26) is present in the region of the case opening.
- Container according to Claim 10,- characterized in that- at least one suspension or fastening hole (32, 34) is present in at least one panel part.
- Container according to one of the preceding claims,- characterized in that- the container is produced from at least one flat-material strip made of in particular semi-rigid, flexible plastics material.
