Claims (6)
- Pièce de contact mobile (10) pour un disjoncteur à haute tension et à auto-expansion, comprenant une broche conductrice composée de deux éléments conducteurs connectée par des moyens d'assemblage à un dispositif de connexion (16) à tresse (18) de liaison souple, caractérisée en ce que la broche est composée d'un premier élément conducteur (12) en forme de tube (13) en cuivre, et d'un deuxième élément conducteur (14) ayant un corps (22) en cuivre matricé, doté d'un orifice (24) circulaire dans lequel se trouve introduite sans jeu et puis brasée l'extrémité du premier élément conducteur (12), et que la tresse (18) du dispositif de connexion (16) est soudée d'une part à un plot (44) d'une patte de raccordement (40) en cuivre matricé, et d'autre part à une embase (26) du corps (22) du deuxième élément conducteur (14).
- Pièce de contact mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice (24) du deuxième élément conducteur (14) est prolongée par une lumière (34) faisant communiquer le conduit (48) interne du tube (13) avec l'extérieur.
- Pièce de contact mobile selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la lumière (34) du deuxième élément conducteur (14) débouche du corps (22) à l'opposé de l'embase (26) de raccordement de la tresse (18).
- Pièce de contact mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'embase (26) du corps (22) comporte au moins une encoche (28, 30) en forme de U destinée à positionner les extrémités (32) de la tresse avant l'opération de soudage.
- Pièce de contact mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une bague (20) annulaire en cupro-tungstène est brasée au tube (13) à l'opposé de l'orifice (24) du deuxième élément conducteur (14).
- Pièce de contact mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le corps (22) du deuxième élément conducteur (12) est agencé pour accoupler un organe d'entraínement du mécanisme.
