Es verbindet den Spinnbereich mit dem Lagerbereich und
weist im Spinnbereich eine Transporteinrichtung mit einer
Vereinzelungsvorrichtung auf. Die Transporteinrichtung
besteht aus mehreren Einzelsystemen, nämlich sogenannten
Doffern und einer Einschienen-Hängebahn. Die Doffer haben
einen am Boden und im Kopfbereich schienengeführten,
verfahrbaren und drehbaren Ständer mit einem einzelnen Pin
zur Aufnahme eines aus mehreren Filamentspulen bestehenden
Doffs. Der einzelne Doffer kann nur in der Gasse vor den
in Reihe aufgestellten Spinnmaschinen hin und her fahren
und im Gassenbereich den Doff einem Carrier der
Einschienen-Hängebahn übergeben. Dies bedingt eine
Vielzahl von Doffern. Bei dieser Übergabe, die im
Spinnbereich stattfindet, werden die Filamentspulen vom
Doffer vereinzelt und auf den Carrier an der
Einschienen-Hängebahn gesteckt. Dabei findet im
Spinnbereich auch die Sichtkontrolle der einzelnen
Filamentspulen statt. Das zweite Transportsystem befördert
die Filamentspulen dann in den Regalbereich, wo sie noch
einmal an ein Regalfördersystem übergeben und auf
geeignete Weise eingelagert werden. Die bekannte Technik
hat den Nachteil, daß sie sehr viel Zeit braucht und einen
erhöhten apparativen und steuertechnischen Aufwand
erfordert. Problematisch ist auch die Abstimmung der zwei
Transportsysteme und die rechtzeitige Bereitstellung eines
Carriers für den beladenen Doffer. Die Automatisierung des
Handhabungssystems ist dadurch nicht immer gesichert.
Die Erfindung hat zur Aufgabe, ein besseres und
leistungsfähigeres Handhabungssystem für Filamentspulen

zeitraubende Vereinzelung der Filamentspulen und die
Sichtkontrolle von der Transporteinrichtung bzw. dem
Doffer wegverlagert. Die Transporteinrichtung wird dadurch
entlastet. Außerdem hat die Transporteinrichtung eine
mehrständige Aufnahme zum Handling und zum Transport
mehrerer Doffs, die dann an eine der
Vereinzelungsvorrichtung vorgeschaltete und ebenfalls mit
einer mehrständigen Aufnahme versehene Übergabestation in
einem Schub komplett übergeben werden können. Dadurch
erhöht sich die Förder- und Leistungskapazität der
Transporteinrichtung. Verringert werden außerdem die
Fahrbewegungen der Transporteinrichtung trotz der

- Handling system for doffs (5) consisting of a plurality of filament bobbins (4) in a spinning plant with a spinning region (2) and with a storage region (12), the handling system (1) connecting the spinning region (2) and the storage region (12) and having a transport arrangement (6) for handling and transporting the doffs (5) and a singling-out device for the filament bobbins (4), characterized in that the transport arrangement (6) and the singling-out device (17) are arranged separately, at least one transfer station (11) being arranged between the transport arrangement (6) and the singling-out device (17), and the transport arrangement (6) and the transfer station (11) having multi-stand receptacles (7) for a plurality of doffs (5).
- Handling system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the transfer station (11) is arranged at the edge or outside the spinning region (2).
- Handling system according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the singling-out device (17) is arranged in or near to the storage region (12).
- Handling system according to Claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the transport arrangement (6) is arranged in and outside the spinning region (2).
- Handling system according to Claim 1 or one of the following claims, characterized in that the transport arrangement (6) has one or more conveying means (9) movable along the spinning machines (3) and having a plurality of pins (8), directed transversely to the direction of travel (10), for the doffs (5).
- Handling system according to Claim 5, characterized in that the conveying means (9) are designed as floor-bound and inductively guided vehicles.
- Handling system according to Claim 5, characterized in that the conveying means (9) is designed as a suspended conveyor.
- Handling system according to Claim 1 or one of the following claims, characterized in that one or more checkpoints (18), in particular for the automatic or visual inspection of the filament bobbins (4), are arranged in the region of the singling-out device (17).
- Handling system according to Claim 1 or one of the following claims, characterized in that the transfer station (11) has one or more conveying means and one or more storage points.
- Handling system according to Claim 1 or one of the following claims, characterized in that the singling-out device (17) is integrated into the transfer station (11).
