- la figure 1 montre schématiquement une nouvelle architecture d'une machine à affranchir selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 montre un premier exemple de réalisation d'un module d'impression sécurisé selon l'invention destiné à être monté sur une base de machine à affranchir,
- la figure 3 montre un second exemple de réalisation d'un module d'impression sécurisé selon l'invention,
- la figure 4 est un éclaté du module d'impression de la figure 3 en montrant les différents composants,
- la figure 5 est une vue en perspective d'un support souple de liaison du module des figures 3 et 4,
- la figure 6 représente schématiquement les circuits électroniques montés sur le support souple de liaison,
- la figure 7 illustre les moyens mis en oeuvre pour la reconnaissance du module d'impression par la base de la machine à affranchir, et
- la figure 8 montre une architecture d'une machine à affranchir traditionnelle.
Claims (11)
- Module d'impression numérique sécurisé destiné à être monté sur une base d'une machine à affranchir (2) pour l'impression d'une empreinte postale et comportant au moins une cartouche d'encre standard d'impression à jet d'encre (100a, 100b) muni de ses contacts électriques (102a, 102b), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un support de cartouche rigide (108) pour recevoir ladite au moins une cartouche d'encre standard, un carter de protection (110) enveloppant entièrement ladite au moins une cartouche d'encre standard et fixé solidairement audit support de cartouche rigide, et un support souple de liaison (112) comportant des circuits intégrés électroniques (114) et plusieurs séries de contacts électriques (104a, 104b; 106a, 106b) pour relier ces circuits intégrés respectivement à ladite au moins une cartouche d'encre standard et à ladite base de machine d'affranchir afin de permettre une commande de ladite au moins une cartouche d'encre standard directement depuis la base de la machine à affranchir.
- Module d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support de cartouche (108) peut recevoir deux cartouches d'encre standard.
- Module d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une cartouche d'encre standard est collée sur le support de cartouche (108) et en ce que le support souple de liaison (112) est collé à la fois sur le carter de protection (110) et sur le support de cartouche (108).
- Module d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le carter de protection (110) est fixé au support de cartouche (108) par collage ou bien éventuellement par soudage.
- Module d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support de cartouche (108) et le carter de protection (110) comportent chacun au moins une fente (116, 118, 120) pour permettre le passage du support souple de liaison (112).
- Module d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un mécanisme (70) de blocage physique par détrompage afin d'empêcher son montage dans une imprimante standard.
- Module d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits circuits intégrés électroniques comportent un circuit à microprocesseur (130) et un circuit mémoire (134) comportant au moins un numéro d'identification déterminé spécifique au module d'impression considéré.
- Module d'impression selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits circuits intégrés électroniques comportent en outre des circuits (136) de commande de chacune des buses à jet d'encre de ladite au moins une cartouche d'encre standard.
- Module d'impression selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit circuit mémoire est remplacé par une étiquette d'identification portant le numéro d'identification déterminé, noyée dans le carter de protection, et accessible sans contact au moyen d'un circuit de lecture à transpondeur disposé dans la base de la machine à affranchir.
- Machine à affranchir dans laquelle le dispositif de comptabilisation est séparé du dispositif d'impression, le dispositif de comptabilisation (32) étant intégré à la base de la machine à affranchir (2) et le dispositif d'impression (1) étant constitué d'un module d'impression numérique jetable et relié à la base de la machine à affranchir par une liaison de type sécurisé (34).
- Machine à affranchir selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le module d'impression numérique jetable et sécurisé est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
