Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren für den Betrieb eines Gerätes (1) zur Erzeugung von Wärme unter Verwendung eines brennbaren und eines die Verbrennung bewirkenden Gases, wie z.B. eines Kessels, wobei das Gerät hierfür eine Zuführleitung (30) für die Verbrennung bewirkende Luft, eine Entleerungsleitung (40) für Verbrennungsprodukte, die von der Zuführleitung getrennt ist und im Abstand von dieser angeordnet ist, und einen Heizkörper (10) aufweist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    a) vor dem Beschicken des Heizkörpers (10) mit die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft und während das Gerät (1) zur Erzeugung von Wärme noch nicht in Betrieb ist, bringt man die Zuführleitung (30) mit für Verbrennung bewirkende Luft und die Entleerungsleitung (40) für Verbrennungsgase mittels einer Umgehungsleitung (50) in Verbindung und bringt in diese Leitung (50) eine bewegliche Verschlußeinrichtung (60) an, die sich öffnet, um einen Teil der die Verbrennung bewirkenden Luft der Zuführleitung (30) zu der Entleerungsleitung (40) hin passieren zu lassen,
    b) man beschickt den Heizkörper (10) mittels der Zuführleitung (30) mit die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft und mit brennbarem Gas,
    c) man realisiert die Zündung der gemischten Gase im Inneren des Heizkörpers (10), um sich das Gasgemisch derart entzünden zu lassen, daß die Verbrennungsphase beginnt,
    d) man setzt die Verbrennungsphase des Gemisches im Inneren des Heizkörpers (10) derart fort, daß Wärme erzeugt wird, wobei man die Verbrennungsgase durch die Entleerungsleitung (40) austreten läßt und man zugleich damit fortfährt, den Heizkörper (10) mit Gasgemisch zu beschicken,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die bewegliche Verschlußeinrichtung (60) im Inneren der Umgehungsleitung (50) derart anbringt, daß sie in offener Position in die Entleerungsleitung (40) für die Verbrennungsgase derart eingreift, daß ihr Durchgangsquerschnitt verringert wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Einrichtung (60) mindestens eine Klappe (60) aufweist, wobei man diese Klappe (60) im Inneren der Umgehungsleitung (50) in ihrem Teil anbringt, der in unmittelbarer Nähe der Entleerungsleitung (40) für die Verbrennungsgase liegt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zum Zünden des Gerätes (1) in dem Schritt a) die bewegliche Verschlußeinrichtung (60) öffnet, wenn man vor dem Schritt a) eine bestimmte Stufe Ps an Unterdruck P im Inneren der Entleerungsleitung (40) für die Verbrennungsgase überschreitet.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man mindestens vor dem Schritt
    a) die bewegliche Verschlußeinrichtung (60) öffnet und sie geöffnet läßt, solange der Unterdruck P, den man im Inneren der Entleerungsleitung (40) für Verbrennungsgase erfaßt, größer als etwa 50 Pa ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man, wenn der Schritt b) beendet ist, die bewegliche Verschlußeinrichtung (60) der Umgehungsleitung (50) derart wieder schließt, daß die Verbrennung bewirkende Luft nicht mehr durch diese letztere hindurchgeht.
  6. Gerät (1) zur Erzeugung von Wärme unter Verwendung eines brennbaren und eines die Verbrennung bewirkenden Gases, mit:
    einer Zuführleitung (30) für die Verbrennung bewirkende Luft,
    einer Entleerungsleitung (40) für Verbrennungsprodukte, die von der Zuführleitung getrennt und im Abstand von dieser angeordnet ist,
    einem Heizkörper (10),
    Zündungsmitteln (100) für die gemischten Gase im Inneren des Heizkörpers (10), um sich dieses Gemisch entzünden zu lassen,
    Erfassungsmitteln (90) der Flamme im Inneren des Heizkörpers (10),
    einer Umgehungsleitung (50), welche es erlaubt, die Zuführleitung (30) und die Entleerungsleitung (40) in Verbindung zu bringen,
    und einer beweglichen Verschlußeinrichtung (60) der Leitung (50), die in Ruhe geschlossen und geöffnet werden kann,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Verschlußeinrichtung mindestens teilweise in das Innere der Entleerungsleitung (40) für Verbrennungsgase erstreckt, wenn sie sich in geöffneter Position befindet, um ihren Durchgangsquerschnitt zu verringern.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußeinrichtung (60) mindestens eine Klappe (60) aufweist, die im Inneren der Umgehungsleitung (50) in dem Teil derselben angeordnet ist, welcher der Entleerungsleitung (40) für die Verbrennungsgase am nächsten liegt.
