Abstract
Description
The invention relates to synthetic oils, the filtering of which, thanks to the lime-silicate product described below, allows sanitation.
Most industrial motors, rolling mills, filters, pumps and electrical transformers use synthetic oils for their cooling, preferring this method to water or air cooling. This process, however, poses the problem of the quality of the oil which becomes dirty during its use, in particular by adding fat. This deterioration of the oil leads to a decrease in the qualities and the cooling and lubrication capacity of the oils.
Currently no product allows a total separation of oils and fats. The invention aims to allow almost complete sanitation of waste oils.
The filtration according to the invention can be used for both cold and hot synthetic oils.
La dose de filtrant silico-calcaire ajouté varie de 10 à 50 g/l.The dose of added lime-sand filter varies from 10 to 50 g / l.
The silico-limestone mineral product must be heat treated at a temperature of 220 ° C in order to remove pore water and pores from inside the product particles. As soon as the product found at around 20 ° C, it is ground to 50 µm (microns).
Après 24 heures, le taux de rabattement des matières grasses extractibles est d'environ 95%.A quantity equivalent to 10 g is poured into the fatty oil: L of the lime-silica product, reduced to 50 μm, suspension and decantation. After 24 hours, the drawdown rate of extractable fats is around 95%.
The different drawdown rates testify to the effectiveness of the product in the aforementioned quantities for sanitation of this particular type of effluent.
