Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof ventilation system for a building, that essentially consists of a roof ventilation pipe and there is a cap that is on or above the free, over Roof-guided pipe end of the roof ventilation pipe can be attached is.
- Such a roof ventilation pipe is, for example, by the German utility model 295 14 513.7 became known.
- a cap of the type mentioned is in the German Utility model 296 10 727.1.
- the cover cap must be designed in this way on the roof ventilation pipe be that an outflow of exhaust air from the roof ventilation pipe secured in a wide variety of wind conditions is. It should be ensured that the flow and pressure conditions in the free end area of the roof ventilation pipe are set so that the exhaust air Flow out of the roof ventilation pipe as congestion-free as possible can and should cover the cap in all weather the penetration of rain and snow into the roof ventilation pipe prevent.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object to develop a roof ventilation system in which an optimal Outflow behavior of exhaust air from the roof ventilation pipe is guaranteed in a wide variety of wind conditions or is additionally supported.
- the solution according to the invention consists in a roof ventilation system with a roof ventilation pipe, with means for Flow line for in the direction of the free, led over roof Pipe end of the roof ventilation pipe flowing outside air and with a cap that has a canopy and itself cap walls adjoining outer edge areas of the cap roof with outside the free flow cross section of the Roof ventilation pipe located, in the direction of a roof surface projecting cap ends to which the means spaced from the flow line and opposite on Roof ventilation pipe are arranged, the cap ends and the flow conduit means transverse to the longitudinal direction of the roof ventilation pipe accessible flow outlet openings limit.
- the roof ventilation pipe, the cover cap and the means for Flow line interact in such a way that the exhaust air and with it moisture from the area of the free Pipe end of the roof ventilation pipe without traffic jams or through the Outside air can flow flow assisted. If in Atmospheric area outside air a roof with the invention, the roof ventilation system flows around a flow direction of the outside air in the direction of the roof pitch a flow component in the direction of the Longitudinal axis of the roof ventilation pipe is directed. This Part of the outside air flows partly through the roof ventilation pipe upwards, through the means for flow conduction deflected and led past the cover cap.
- the ends the flow conduit means and the cap ends arranged opposite each other so that the flowing past Outside air in the space between the cap ends and Exhaust air entering the ends of the flow conduit sweeps away.
- the flow conduit means that to guide the outside air past the cover cap, without the outside air in the area of the inside surface the cap can flow.
- Cap walls of the cover cap are outside the free flow cross section of the roof ventilation pipe attached so that Condensation forming on the underside of the cover cap can run freely in the direction of the cap ends.
- the condensed water is discharged to the outside and cannot run back into the interior of the roof ventilation pipe.
- the guide surfaces for condensed water can provide. If there is condensation on the underside of the cover cap forms, this can be done at the ends of the caps and accordingly provided, not at this point described fasteners run along.
- the condensed water but can no longer in the interior of the Roof ventilation pipe. Due to the suction effect or the circulating air behavior of the outside air flowing around the cover cap the moisture that forms at the cap ends dissipated with flow support.
- the means for flow conduction are on the outer peripheral surface of the roof ventilation pipe, so that this also ensures is that the moisture is not in the interior of the roof ventilation pipe can flow back.
- the means for Flow line through wind deflector with the roof ventilation pipe at least partially and spacedly surrounding wind deflection surfaces formed one end with the roof ventilation pipe are connected and at the other end up to a wind guiding edge extend, which is opposite the cap ends.
- wind deflectors can be used for the roof ventilation pipe completely surrounded, so that the wind deflector the outer surface of a truncated cone or funnel. All then outside air rising at the roof ventilation pipe passed the free pipe end of the roof ventilation pipe. The outside air that is passed at least covers the jacket partially a cylinder area of the roof ventilation pipe by attaching the cover cap to the roof ventilation pipe is. The cover cap can therefore no flow resistance form for this outside air.
- Cap walls of the cover cap and wind deflectors of the wind deflector can be symmetrical and mirror images of each other be arranged so that the outside air directed at the cap ends can flow past. Wind flaps and cap ends are also mirror images of one plane, which are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the roof ventilation pipe runs. The mirror symmetry of cap walls and wind deflectors ensure air outlet openings, from which exhaust air from the roof ventilation pipe evenly and flow-assisted into the atmosphere by the outside air can flow. Cap walls and wind deflectors can be used different embodiments in terms of their shape and Size can be varied.
- the roof ventilation pipe For example can have a wind deflector perpendicular to the outer peripheral surface the roof ventilation pipe be molded so that the wind deflector in the plane of penetration of the longitudinal axis of the Roof ventilation pipe is.
- the wind deflector could also an increasing radius and an inclination angle ⁇ 90 ° to Have the longitudinal axis of the roof ventilation pipe so that rainwater or condensate can flow to the outside.
- the air outlet openings are in the longitudinal direction of the roof ventilation pipe covered and only in the radial direction Atmosphere open. Ascending on the roof ventilation pipe Outside air can therefore not enter the air outlet openings penetration.
- the wind deflection surfaces not entirely circular, but only partially to train. For example, this could be done in a way that only those facing the ridge or the eaves Sides of the roof ventilation pipe with wind deflectors are provided.
- the outflow behavior of exhaust air from the roof ventilation pipe underneath the cap can be further improved be that the cap in another embodiment several air outlet ducts arranged in parallel one above the other has limiting cap walls.
- the on the Covering cap with the outside air carried by the wind deflectors can be simultaneously on several in the longitudinal direction of the Exhaust air formed from the roof ventilation pipe lead the roof ventilation pipe to the outside in a flow-assisted manner.
- Cap walls and wind deflectors define air outlet areas from which exhaust air preferentially flow out due to a negative pressure can.
- Other embodiments have cap walls and wind deflectors that are aligned parallel to each other or arranged to extend away from each other. According to the invention are always the defined air outlet areas educated.
- the The wind deflector faces away from the roof ventilation pipe concave curvature.
- the outside air is drawn from the roof ventilation pipe depending on the degree of curvature of the wind deflector, more or less strongly from the outer peripheral surface of the roof ventilation pipe diverted away so that it doesn't get to the bottom the cap can flow.
- wind deflector in another variant to the roof ventilation pipe has a convex curvature care must be taken that the wind deflector cap ends of the Cover cap in the radial direction of the roof ventilation pipe protrude outwards or at least in alignment with them.
- Such wind deflection surfaces enable flow guidance the outside air around that defined by the wind deflection edge and the end of the cap Air outlet opening around and prevent an inflow from outside air to the underside of the cover cap. At the same time, it ensures that the atmosphere flowing exhaust air not in the free end area of the roof ventilation pipe is stowed.
- Moisture between the wind deflector and roof ventilation pipe can collect on the roof ventilation pipe be drained below if the wind deflectors have through holes are provided.
- the through holes can be chosen in size so that a predetermined flow behavior of the roof ventilation pipe flowing outside air results and stored in the wind deflector Water can still leak.
- the means for flow conduction can on the roof ventilation pipe be molded so that roof ventilation pipe and Flow line means only form one component, which is to be installed by the craftsman in the roof area.
- the means for flow conduction are releasably attached to the roof ventilation pipe. This enables, for example, an exchange of by storm or snow damaged means for flow control.
- the means for flow conduction to the roof ventilation pipe screwable are the means for flow conduction to the roof ventilation pipe screwable.
- the funnel-shaped or frustoconical design of the means for flow conduction could in the area of the truncated cone or smaller funnel circle can be provided with a thread, around the agent on a corresponding thread on the outer surface of the roof ventilation pipe releasably attached.
- the Forming a thread has the advantage that the distance between the wind deflector edges and the cap ends of the cover cap can be.
- the creation of a negative pressure in the area the cap ends can be optimized even further.
- the means for flow conduction is that the Means on a screwable on the outside of the free pipe end Ring nut molded on or fixable on it are.
- the screw-on ring nut provides an easily accessible one releasable attachment of the flow line means on the roof ventilation pipe.
- the flow line means all detachable fixing devices on the roof ventilation pipe used, for example all conceivable types of latches and snap locks.
- the means for flow conduction could, for example Have support fingers for their attachment, which in corresponding Recesses inserted in the area of the roof ventilation pipe or clicked.
- Air outlet openings for exhaust air can be protective yet be covered so that it can flow around if another Embodiment the wind guiding edges on a circumferential line of an outer circle surrounding the roof ventilation pipe have a diameter that is larger than the diameter an outer circle on which the cap ends of the cap walls lie.
- the roof ventilation system according to FIG. 1 is composed of a cover cap 2, a roof ventilation pipe 3 and flow conduit means which are formed by a wind deflector 4.
- the cover cap 2 comprises a cap roof 5, which continues in its peripheral regions 6 and 7 in a circumferential cap wall 8.
- Fastening means of the cover cap 2 on the roof ventilation pipe 3 consist in that 9 support fingers 10 and 11 are formed on a cover cap underside.
- the support fingers 10 and 11 are made of a flexible, elastic plastic, so that locking knobs 12 and 13 can easily snap into recesses 14 and 15 of the roof ventilation pipe 3 in order to fix the cap 2 on the roof ventilation pipe 3.
- the cap roof 5 runs to its edge regions 6 and 7 inclined so that there is 9 Forming condensate slightly outwards over the free Flow cross section 16 of the roof ventilation pipe 3 also can be derived. Both the support fingers 10 and 11 as well Cap ends 17 and 18 of the cap wall 8 are outside this free flow cross section 16, so that ensures is that there is no condensation on parts of the cover cap 2 flow back into the interior of the roof ventilation pipe 3 can.
- the wind deflector 4 has a circumferential, the roof ventilation pipe 3 completely encircling wind control surface 19, the extends to free wind deflectors 20 and 21.
- the wind deflector 4 could also already be integrally formed on the roof ventilation pipe 3.
- the Wind deflection surfaces 19 surround the roof ventilation pipe 3 in a funnel shape and form a kind of truncated cone. Rainwater that can penetrate into the cone region 23, is over several Through holes 24 derived. Likewise, from the inside 25 of the cap wall 8 condensed water in the cone area 23 drip and exit through the through holes 24.
- the cone area 23 could also be completely in the area the Windleitkanten 20, 21 closed and with a be provided with an inclined surface, which ensures that water dripping on this surface over the wind deflection edges 20, 21 can expire.
- the flow rate of the exhaust air is by these constructive measures in the area of Air outlet opening 30 increased. Also in the area of Cap ends 10 and 18 forming moisture can come from the outside air at least partially picked up or transported away become. With the help of the threads on the roof ventilation pipe 3 and the size of the air outlet opening can be made on the fastening shoulder 22 30 vary. The spacing between the Cap ends 17, 18 and the wind guiding edges 20 and 21 are adjustable.
- a roof ventilation system 41 is composed of a cap 42, a roof ventilation pipe 43 and means for flow conduction of outside air.
- the means for flow conduction are formed by a wind deflector 44.
- Edge areas 46 and 47 merge into a cap wall 48.
- the cap wall 48 has a circular inner diameter, so that the cap wall 48 is circumferential.
- the cover cap 42 completely covers a free flow cross-section 49 of the roof ventilation pipe 43.
- the cap 42 has support fingers 50 and 51, with the aid of which the cap 42 can be attached to a ring nut 52.
- the ring nut 52 can be screwed onto the roof ventilation pipe 43. Both the ring nut 52 and the roof ventilation pipe 43 have a thread for this purpose.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roof ventilation system for a building, that essentially consists of a roof ventilation pipe and there is a cap that is on or above the free, over Roof-guided pipe end of the roof ventilation pipe can be attached is.
Such a roof ventilation pipe is, for example, by the German utility model 295 14 513.7 became known. A cap of the type mentioned is in the German Utility model 296 10 727.1.
When attaching cover caps to roof ventilation pipes it should be noted that the following condition is possible is well fulfilled:
The cover cap must be designed in this way on the roof ventilation pipe be that an outflow of exhaust air from the roof ventilation pipe secured in a wide variety of wind conditions is.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to develop a roof ventilation system in which an optimal Outflow behavior of exhaust air from the roof ventilation pipe is guaranteed in a wide variety of wind conditions or is additionally supported.
The solution according to the invention consists in a roof ventilation system with a roof ventilation pipe, with means for Flow line for in the direction of the free, led over roof Pipe end of the roof ventilation pipe flowing outside air and with a cap that has a canopy and itself cap walls adjoining outer edge areas of the cap roof with outside the free flow cross section of the Roof ventilation pipe located, in the direction of a roof surface projecting cap ends to which the means spaced from the flow line and opposite on Roof ventilation pipe are arranged, the cap ends and the flow conduit means transverse to the longitudinal direction of the roof ventilation pipe accessible flow outlet openings limit.
The roof ventilation pipe, the cover cap and the means for Flow line interact in such a way that the exhaust air and with it moisture from the area of the free Pipe end of the roof ventilation pipe without traffic jams or through the Outside air can flow flow assisted. If in Atmospheric area outside air a roof with the invention In particular, the roof ventilation system flows around a flow direction of the outside air in the direction of the roof pitch a flow component in the direction of the Longitudinal axis of the roof ventilation pipe is directed. This Part of the outside air flows partly through the roof ventilation pipe upwards, through the means for flow conduction deflected and led past the cover cap. The ends the flow conduit means and the cap ends arranged opposite each other so that the flowing past Outside air in the space between the cap ends and Exhaust air entering the ends of the flow conduit sweeps away. The flow conduit means that to guide the outside air past the cover cap, without the outside air in the area of the inside surface the cap can flow.
Cap walls of the cover cap are outside the free flow cross section of the roof ventilation pipe attached so that Condensation forming on the underside of the cover cap can run freely in the direction of the cap ends. The condensed water is discharged to the outside and cannot run back into the interior of the roof ventilation pipe. Of the The area between the cover cap and the free pipe end is at the Cover cap of the roof ventilation system according to the invention free of protrusions or protruding into this area Objects, the guide surfaces for condensed water can provide. If there is condensation on the underside of the cover cap forms, this can be done at the ends of the caps and accordingly provided, not at this point described fasteners run along. The condensed water but can no longer in the interior of the Roof ventilation pipe. Due to the suction effect or the circulating air behavior of the outside air flowing around the cover cap the moisture that forms at the cap ends dissipated with flow support.
In addition, it can occur especially when larger quantities occur of moisture occur that the moisture does not completely in the area of the cap ends through the outside air can be included. This leads to moisture attached to the flow line means. The means for flow conduction are on the outer peripheral surface of the roof ventilation pipe, so that this also ensures is that the moisture is not in the interior of the roof ventilation pipe can flow back.
In a preferred embodiment, the means for Flow line through wind deflector with the roof ventilation pipe at least partially and spacedly surrounding wind deflection surfaces formed one end with the roof ventilation pipe are connected and at the other end up to a wind guiding edge extend, which is opposite the cap ends.
For example, wind deflectors can be used for the roof ventilation pipe completely surrounded, so that the wind deflector the outer surface of a truncated cone or funnel.
Cap walls of the cover cap and wind deflectors of the wind deflector can be symmetrical and mirror images of each other be arranged so that the outside air directed at the cap ends can flow past. For example can have a wind deflector perpendicular to the outer peripheral surface the roof ventilation pipe be molded so that the wind deflector in the plane of penetration of the longitudinal axis of the Roof ventilation pipe is. The wind deflector could also an increasing radius and an inclination angle ≤ 90 ° to Have the longitudinal axis of the roof ventilation pipe so that rainwater or condensate can flow to the outside.
The air outlet openings are in the longitudinal direction of the roof ventilation pipe covered and only in the radial direction Atmosphere open. Ascending on the roof ventilation pipe Outside air can therefore not enter the air outlet openings penetration. However, it would also be conceivable for the wind deflection surfaces not entirely circular, but only partially to train. For example, this could be done in a way that only those facing the ridge or the eaves Sides of the roof ventilation pipe with wind deflectors are provided.
The outflow behavior of exhaust air from the roof ventilation pipe underneath the cap can be further improved be that the cap in another embodiment several air outlet ducts arranged in parallel one above the other has limiting cap walls. The on the Covering cap with the outside air carried by the wind deflectors can be simultaneously on several in the longitudinal direction of the Exhaust air formed from the roof ventilation pipe lead the roof ventilation pipe to the outside in a flow-assisted manner.
If both the cap walls and the wind deflectors from the roof ventilation pipe to run away from each other and enclose an angle in an imaginary extension, can be achieved that the rising outside air spaced in the free end area of the roof ventilation pipe past this. Cap walls and wind deflectors define air outlet areas from which exhaust air preferentially flow out due to a negative pressure can. Other embodiments have cap walls and wind deflectors that are aligned parallel to each other or arranged to extend away from each other. According to the invention are always the defined air outlet areas educated.
In a variant of the roof ventilation system, the The wind deflector faces away from the roof ventilation pipe concave curvature. The outside air is drawn from the roof ventilation pipe depending on the degree of curvature of the wind deflector, more or less strongly from the outer peripheral surface of the roof ventilation pipe diverted away so that it doesn't get to the bottom the cap can flow.
If the wind deflector in another variant to the roof ventilation pipe has a convex curvature care must be taken that the wind deflector cap ends of the Cover cap in the radial direction of the roof ventilation pipe protrude outwards or at least in alignment with them. Such wind deflection surfaces enable flow guidance the outside air around that defined by the wind deflection edge and the end of the cap Air outlet opening around and prevent an inflow from outside air to the underside of the cover cap. At the same time, it ensures that the atmosphere flowing exhaust air not in the free end area of the roof ventilation pipe is stowed.
Moisture between the wind deflector and roof ventilation pipe can collect on the roof ventilation pipe be drained below if the wind deflectors have through holes are provided. The through holes can be chosen in size so that a predetermined flow behavior of the roof ventilation pipe flowing outside air results and stored in the wind deflector Water can still leak.
The means for flow conduction can on the roof ventilation pipe be molded so that roof ventilation pipe and Flow line means only form one component, which is to be installed by the craftsman in the roof area.
It is also advantageous if the means for flow conduction are releasably attached to the roof ventilation pipe. This enables, for example, an exchange of by storm or snow damaged means for flow control.
In a preferred development of this embodiment are the means for flow conduction to the roof ventilation pipe screwable. Especially the funnel-shaped or frustoconical design of the means for flow conduction could in the area of the truncated cone or smaller funnel circle can be provided with a thread, around the agent on a corresponding thread on the outer surface of the roof ventilation pipe releasably attached. The Forming a thread has the advantage that the distance between the wind deflector edges and the cap ends of the cover cap can be. The creation of a negative pressure in the area the cap ends can be optimized even further.
Another easy-to-use attachment design the means for flow conduction is that the Means on a screwable on the outside of the free pipe end Ring nut molded on or fixable on it are. The screw-on ring nut provides an easily accessible one releasable attachment of the flow line means on the roof ventilation pipe.
According to the invention can be used to attach the flow line means all detachable fixing devices on the roof ventilation pipe used, for example all conceivable types of latches and snap locks. The means for flow conduction could, for example Have support fingers for their attachment, which in corresponding Recesses inserted in the area of the roof ventilation pipe or clicked.
Those limited by the wind flaps and the cap ends Air outlet openings for exhaust air can be protective yet be covered so that it can flow around if another Embodiment the wind guiding edges on a circumferential line of an outer circle surrounding the roof ventilation pipe have a diameter that is larger than the diameter an outer circle on which the cap ends of the cap walls lie.

The invention is shown schematically in the figures, so that the essential features of the invention can be seen well are. The representations are not necessarily to scale to understand.
Kappenwand 8 fortsetzt. Befestigungsmittel der Abdeckkappe
2 an dem Dachentlüftungsrohr 3 bestehen darin, daß an
einer Abdeckkappen-Unterseite 9 Stützfinger 10 und 11 ausgebildet
sind. Die Stützfinger 10 und 11 sind aus einem flexiblen,
elastischen Kunststoff hergestellt, so daß Rastnoppen
12 und 13 leicht in Ausnehmungen 14 und 15 des Dachentlüftungsrohres
3 einrasten können, um die Abdeckkappe 2 an dem
Dachentlüftungsrohr 3 zu fixieren. The roof ventilation system according to FIG. 1 is composed of a
The
The
Abdeckkappe 2 in Strömungsrichtung 31 aufsteigende Abluft
zumindest teilweise aufgenommen bzw. abtransportiert
30 variieren. Die Beabstandung zwischen den
Kappenenden 17, 18 und den Windleitkanten 20 und 21 ist einstellbar. If now outside air on the
From Fig. 2 it can be seen that a
43 keine Feuchtigkeit eindringt.If the
63, 64 enden. Die Windleitfläche 62 ist umlaufend ausgebildet
und umgibt das Dachentlüftungsrohr vollständig auf
360°. Es wäre aber auch denkbar, beispielsweise lediglich
90° des Außenumfangs abzudecken, beispielsweise in Richtung
First oder Traufe. Die Windabweiser 44 sind an das Dachentlüftungsrohr
43 angeformt.
darzustellen. The flow control means, i.e. the

82 an einem Dachentlüftungsrohr 83 befestigt. Weiterhin
umfaßt das Dachentlüftungssystem 81 Mittel zur Strömungsleitung,
nämlich Windabweiser 84.In a
für Kondenswasser dienen könnten.A
83 hinaus.On the
Outside air can first in at the
