Claims (9)
- Preßwalze für eine Papiermaschine mit einem zylindrischen Metallkörper (12), der an seinem Außenumfang mit einer wenigstens eine Schicht (16, 18) umfassenden Beschichtung (14) versehen ist, wobei die Beschichtung (14) in Radialrichtung ( R) über wenigstens einen die radial äußerste Schicht (16) umfassenden Teil ihrer Dicke (d) einen sich hinsichtlich ihrer chemischen Zusammensetzung und/oder ihrer Struktur kontinuierlich ändernden Aufbau besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die radial äußerste Schicht (16) des Bezuges aus wenigstens einem Oxid, wenigstens einem Carbid, wenigstens einem Nitrid und/oder wenigstens einem Borid oder einer Mischung aus zwei oder mehreren dieser Materialien besteht. - Preßwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Beschichtung (14) zumindest teilweise in einem Spritzverfahren aufgebracht ist. - Preßwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Beschichtung (14) eine dem Korrosionsschutz dienende metallische Grundschicht (18) umfaßt, die unmittelbar auf den zylindrischen Metallkörper (12) aufgebracht und zwischen diesem und der radial äußersten Schicht (16) angeordnet ist. - Preßwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die radial äußerste Schicht (16) des Bezuges aus wenigstens einem Oxid aus der Gruppe Al2O3, Cr2O3, ZrO2, TiO2, SiO2 , wenigstens einem Carbid aus der Gruppe WC, CrC , wenigstens einem Nitrid wie TiN und/oder wenigstens einem Borid wie TiB2 oder einer Mischung aus zwei oder mehreren dieser Materialien besteht. - Preßwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die radial äußerste Schicht (16) des Bezuges aus einem Cermet besteht. - Preßwalze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der keramische Bestandteil des Cermet wenigstens ein Oxid aus der Gruppe Al2O3, Cr2O3, ZrO2, TiO2, SiO2 umfaßt. - Preßwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die radial äußerste Schicht (16) des Bezuges einen Anteil von Kunststoff wie insbesondere PTFE und/oder Silikon umfaßt. - Preßwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bzw. 4 bis 7, sofern vom Anspruch 3 äbhängig,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die Grundschicht (18) in Radialrichtung über wenigstens einen Teil ihrer Dicke einen sich hinsichtlich ihrer chemischen Zusammensetzung und/oder ihrer Struktur kontinuierlich ändernden Aufbau besitzt. - Preßwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung (14) in Radialrichtung über ihre gesamte Dicke einen sich hinsichtlich ihrer chemischen Zusammensetzung und/oder ihrer Struktur kontinuierlich ändernden Aufbau besitzt.
