Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de réduction de l'acidité d'une huile brute liquide ou d'une fraction d'huile brute liquide contenant des acides naphténiques, comprenant :
    la mise en contact de l'huile brute acide liquide ou de la fraction d'huile brute acide liquide avec une quantité d'au moins un carbonate de métal alcalino-terreux solide efficace pour diminuer son acidité par réaction de neutralisation des acides.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la quantité de carbonate de métal alcalino-terreux employée est de 0,05 à 10 moles par mole d'acide dans l'huile brute ou la fraction d'huile brute de départ.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel le carbonate de métal alcalino-terreux est employé sous la forme d'une suspension de type solide dans liquide.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le carbonate de métal alcalino-terreux est le carbonate de calcium et/ou le carbonate de magnésium.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la quantité de carbonate de magnésium et/ou de carbonate de calcium employée est de 0,1 à 5 moles par mole d'acide dans l'huile brute ou la fraction d'huile brute de départ.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la fraction d'huile brute a un point d'ébullition de 343+ °C (650 °F).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la fraction d'huile brute a un point d'ébullition de 565+ °C (1050+ °F).
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'huile brute ou la fraction d'huile brute de départ a un indice de neutralisation de 0,2 à 10 mg de KOH/g.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la mise en contact est effectuée en présence d'une quantité d'eau efficace.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la quantité d'eau employée va jusqu'à 7% en poids de l'huile brute ou de la fraction d'huile brute de départ.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la quantité d'eau employée est de 1 à 5% en poids.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la mise en contact est effectuée à une température dans la plage de 20 °C à 350 °C.
  13. Utilisation d'au moins un carbonate de métal alcalino-terreux solide pour neutraliser totalement ou partiellement une huile brute liquide ou une fraction d'huile brute liquide contenant des acides naphténiques.
  14. Utilisation selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle le carbonate de métal alcalino-terreux est le carbonate de magnésium.
