Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Betreiben einer Offenend-Spinnmaschine (1) mit einer Vielzahl von Offenend-Spinnvorrichtungen (3) und einem die Spinnvorrichtungen selbsttätig versorgenden Bedienaggregat (10).
Die Offenend-Spinnvorrichtungen (3) weisen dabei jeweils einen Spinnrotor (15) auf, der mit seinem Rotorschaft (26) im Lagerzwickel einer axialschubfreien Stützscheibenlagerung (27) gelagert und über ein Magnetlager (29) positioniert ist.
The invention relates to a method and a device for operating an open-end spinning machine (1) with a plurality of open-end spinning devices (3) and an operating unit (10) which supplies the spinning devices automatically.
The open-end spinning devices (3) each have a spinning rotor (15) which is mounted with its rotor shaft (26) in the bearing gusset of an axially thrust-free support disk bearing (27) and positioned via a magnetic bearing (29).

Erfindungsgemäß ist am Bedienaggregat (10) eine an die Steuereinrichtung (18) des Bedienaggregates (10) angeschlossene Sensoreinrichtung (41) vorgesehen, die eine am Spinnrotor (15) angeordnete Identifikationsmarkierung (34) überprüft.
Ein Anspinnversuch wird dabei nur dann gestartet, wenn der Spinnrotor (15) anhand seiner Identifikationsmarkierung (34) als sicherheitstechnisch unbedenklich erkannt wird.
