Claims (7)

  1. Un machine de pliage et de pression, en particulier pour le des procédés d'usinage de métaux, du type comprenant une épaule (a') qui soutient une enveloppe (7) qui loge un cylindre (9) avec traverse (1) qui à son tour soutient un outil de pliage qui est réciproque de façon dynamique (2); ladite enveloppe (7) étant logée de façon extractible dans une enveloppe cylindrique externe (5) soudée sur ladite épaule (a), et ayant une bride inférieure amovible (8); où latéralement à la traverse (1) de support dudit outil de pliage (2) il y a au moins deux points de guidage respectivement, un premier qui concerne la partie supérieure de la traverse (1) et un deuxième au-dessous du premier, le long de ladite traverse (1) dans une position intermédiaire;
    caractérisée en ce que ladite enveloppe cylindrique externe (5) pour le support de ladite enveloppe (7) inclut essentiellement deux têtes (3, 4), respectivement une inférieure et une supérieure, l'enveloppe externe (5) étant tenue entre lesdites têtes (3, 4), les têtes étant soudées latéralement à l'épaule (a') du châssis (a) de ladite machine à pression (A); la tête supérieure (3) présentant des moyens (6, 6') pour la connexion de moyens d'alimentation pour l'enveloppe (7), et la tête inférieure (4) soutient la bride amovible (8) pour permettre l'extraction de l'enveloppe interne interchangeable (7) dans laquelle ledit moyen de cylindre (9) est logé; l'enveloppe interne (7) étant tenu entre la tête supérieure (3) et la bride (8).
  2. Machine de pliage et de pression selon la revendication 1., caractérisée en ce que de part et d'autre de ladite traverse (1) de support de l'outil (2), il y a au moins deux points de guidage respectivement, un premier concernant la partie supérieure de la traverse (1) et un deuxième au-dessous du premier, le long de la traverse (1) dans une position intermédiaire; ledit premier moyen de guidage étant obtenu d'une forme à fourchette (10) obtenue d'une des deux têtes (4) qui forment le cylindre; tandis que de deuxièmes moyens sont obtenus en engageant à l'épaule (a') de la machine à pression (A), au-dessus et perpendiculairement, un guidage (12), auquel est superposée une partie d' un listel à rabattage de jeu (13), de sa part étant associée à l'extrémité correspondante de la traverse (1) qui transporteur l'outil.
  3. Machine de pliage et de pression selon les revendications 1, et 2., caractérisée en ce que chaque tête, respectivement celle supérieure (3) et celle inférieure (4), qui sont soudées à l'épaule latérale correspondante (a') du châssis (a) de la machine à pression (A), présente une fourchette d'extension (3', 4') qui embrasse les deux côtés de ladite épaule (a').
  4. Machine de pliage et de pression selon les revendications précédantes, caractérisée en ce que le côté supérieur de la tête supérieure (3) inclut des moyens (6, 6') pour l'accouplement au système d'alimentation, et que la partie inférieure réalise des logements pour loger les extrémités, par l'interposition de joints d'étanchéité appropriés, des enveloppes externe (5) et interne (7) coaxiales.
  5. Machine de pliage et de pression, selon les revendications précédantes, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe externe (5) est fermée d'un côté par la tête supérieure (3) et de l'autre côté par la tête inférieure (4), les deux immobiles, pour permettre le soudage de ladite enveloppe externe (5) à l'épaule (a').
  6. Machine de pliage et de pression, selon les revendications précédantes, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe interne (7) est du type interchangeable avec une bride (8), amovible, insérée dans la tête inférieure (4).
  7. Machine de pliage et de pression, selon les revendications précédantes, caractérisée en ce que dans la tête supérieure (3) il y a un tuyau d'alimentation (14), lequel communique avec un entre-deux (15) perceptible entre l'enveloppe externe (5) et l'enveloppe interne (7), ledit tuyau (14) étant connecté à quelques moyens d'alimentation (6').
