Claims (7)

  1. Eine Druck-Biegemaschine, besonders zur Metallverarbeitung, mit einer Schulter (a'), die eine Umhüllung (7) stützt, die als Sitz für Zylindermittel (9) mit Querträger (1) dient, der seinerseits eine dynamisch reziprokes Biegewerkzeug stützt (2); besagte Umhüllung (7) ist ausziehbar in einer äußeren zylindrischen Umhüllung (5) untergebracht, die an besagte Schulter geschweisst ist (a') und einen ausbaubaren unteren Flansch (8) aufweist; wobei seitlich zu dem Querträger (1) zur Stützung des besagten Biegewerkzeugs (2) mindestens zwei Führungspunkte vorgesehen sind, und zwar ein erster für das obere Teil des Querträgers (1) und ein zweiter unter dem ersten, entlang besagtem Querträger (1) in einer Zwischenposition;
    gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass besagte äußere zylindrische Umhüllung (5) zum Stützen von besagter Umhüllung (7) im wesentlichen zwei Köpfe (3, 4) umfasst, und zwar einen unteren und einen oberen, wobei die äußere Umhüllung (5) zwischen besagten Köpfen (3, 4) gehalten wird, wobei die Köpfe seitlich an die Schulter (a') des Rahmens (a) von besagter Drückmaschine (A) geschweißt sind; der obere Kopf (3) besitzt Mittel (6, 6) für den Anschluss von Zufuhrmitteln für die Umhüllung (7), und der untere Kopf (4) stützt den entfernbaren Flansch (8), der das Herausziehen der austauschbaren inneren Umhüllung (7) ermöglicht, in der das besagte Zylindermittel (9) untergebracht ist; die innere Umhüllung (7) wird zwischen dem oberen Kopf (3) und dem Flansch gehalten (8).
  2. Druck-Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass auf beiden Seiten des besagten Querträgers (1) zur Stütze des Werkzeugs (2) mindestens zwei Führungspunkte vorgesehen sind, und zwar ein erster für das obere Teil des Querträgers (1) und ein zweiter unter dem ersten, entlang des Querträgers (1) in einer Zwischenposition; besagtes erstes Führungsmittel, [ist] aus einer gabelartigen Form (10) erhalten, die aus einem der beiden Köpfe (4) erhalten ist, die den Zylinder bilden; während zweite Mittel durch Eingreifen eine Führung (12) von oben und senkrecht in die Schulter (a') der Drückmaschine (A) erhalten werden, über welcher Führung ein Teil einer Stelleiste (13) liegt, die ihrerseits mit dem entsprechenden Ende des Werkzeugträger-Querträgers (1) verbunden ist.
  3. Druck-Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1. und 2., gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jeder Kopf, also der obere (3) und der untere (4), die an die entsprechende Seitenschulter (a') des Rahmens (a) der Drückmaschine (A) geschweißt sind, eine Verlängerungsgabel (3, 4) aufweisen, die beide Seiten besagter Schulter (a') umgreift.
  4. Druck-Biegemaschine gemäß den vorausgehenden Patentansprüchen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die obere Seite des oberen Kopfs (3) Mittel (6, 6) zum Anschluss an das Zuführungssystem aufweist, und das untere Teil Aufnahmen bildet, um nach Einsetzung geeigneter Dichtungen die Enden der koaxialen äußeren (5) und inneren (7) Umhüllung unterzubringen.
  5. Druck-Biegemaschine gemäß den vorausgehenden Patentansprüchen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die äußere Umhüllung (5) auf einer Seite durch den oberen Kopf (3) abgeschlossen ist und auf der anderen Seite durch den unteren Kopf (4), beide unbeweglich, was das Schweißen von besagter äußerer Umhüllung (5) an die Schulter (a') ermöglicht.
  6. Druck-Biegemaschine gemäß den vorausgehenden Patentansprüchen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die innere Umhüllung (7) austauschbar ist und einen ausbaubaren Flansch (8) aufweist, der in Eingriff mit dem unteren Kopf (4) steht.
  7. Druck-Biegemaschine gemäß den vorausgehenden Patentansprüchen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass in dem oberen Kopf (3) eine Zufuhrleitung (14) vorhanden ist, die mit einem Zwischenraum (15) zwischen der äußeren (5) und der inneren Umhüllung (7) in Verbindung steht und mit einigen Zufuhrmitteln (6) verbunden ist.
