Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insulating glass pane from at least two panes of glass spaced apart by one frame-shaped spacers with each other in the area of their Edges are connected, at least one leg of the spacer a profile bar with one over the length of the Profile strip is continuous cavity for desiccant, where in the interior of the insulating glass pane facing Wall of the cavity openings are provided, and wherein from the hollow profile part of the profile strip which has the cavity protrudes at least one longitudinal web.
Such an insulating glass pane is known from AT 355 279 B.
Insulating glass panes consist of at least two glass panes that connected to each other via a frame-shaped spacer and be kept at a distance from each other. Usually exist Spacers made from extruded or roll formed Hollow profile strips, being in a cavity of the spacer a desiccant is added. The desiccant unfolds over Openings that line the cavity of the spacer with the interior of the Connect insulating glass pane, its water-binding effect.
As an assembly aid in the manufacture of insulating glass panes flanks of the spacer facing the glass panes with a Adhesive (usually a butyl rubber) coated and the spacer frame so between the glass panes of the insulating glass pane arranged that an edge joint remains free around the side of the edges of the glass panes and inside of the spacer frame is limited, and which is open to the outside. In this edge joint is the last step in the production of insulating glass panes Sealing compound (e.g. an elastically hardening polysulfide) injected.
The known spacers are used in the manufacture of insulating glass panes no problem with flat glass panes. If at least one of the two glass panes of the insulating glass pane one has curved edge, result from the changing distance significant between the edges of the glass panes of insulating glass Difficulty with the spacer.
AT 355 279 B and DE 24 54 884 A are profile strips for Spacer frame for insulating glass panes known, the one from Have hollow profile part of the profile strip projecting web, wherein one of the glass panes of the insulating glass pane on the hollow profile part and the other pane of glass lies against the bridge.
Diese Stege dienen nicht dazu, mit ihren Schmalseiten, also ihren freien Rändern, Anlageflächen für die Glasscheiben einer Isolierglasscheibe zu bilden.DE 15 09 224 B shows a spacer with two opposite Webs protruding from the hollow profile part. These webs are not used with their narrow sides, i.e. theirs free edges, contact surfaces for the glass panes of an insulating glass pane to build.
From DE 28 30 718 B are insulating glass panes with at least one domed glass pane known. In the known from DE 28 30 718 B. Insulating glass panes are the edges of the curved glass pane just formed so that for the spacer frame Usual hollow profile strips can be used.
The invention has for its object an insulating glass pane to provide with a spacer, at least one of the glass panes of the insulating glass pane is curved and at least has a curved edge.
According to the invention, this object is achieved with an insulating glass pane solved, which is characterized in that at least one glass pane the insulating glass pane is curved and at least has a curved edge, and that the leg of the spacer, that in the area of the curved edge of the glass pane is arranged, a profile strip with a web, whose free edge has a contour that the contour of Inner surface of the curved glass pane in the area of its curved Edge corresponds.
Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the invention Spacers are the subject of the subclaims.
The fact that the spacer on at least one of the glass panes the side walls (flanks) facing the insulating glass pane has a projecting web that extends over the length of the spacer can be designed continuously, there is the possibility this web in the area of its from the profile bar of the spacer edit the turned free edge so that this edge has a shape that corresponds to the shape of the edge of the facing, on the web corresponding surface of the glass pane corresponds.
