Das zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene Verfahren ist im Patentanspruch 1 definiert. Hierdurch ist es möglich, Blechteile zum Löten, Kleben oder dergleichen zu fixieren, wobei diese Fixierung quasi als Vormontage für die genannten Verfahren dienen kann. Die Gründe hierfür liegen darin, daß sich Blechteile, die z.B. beim Löten einer höheren Temperatur ausgesetzt werden, geringfügig zueinander verschieben können. Hervorgerufen wird dieses Verschieben durch den unterschiedlichen Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten. Die meisten Verbindungsverfahren stoßen hier an ihre Grenzen. Durch die Erfindung ist es möglich geworden, auf Vorrichtungen für das Fixieren bei allen werkstoffschlüssigen und adhäsiven Verbindungen, wie Kleben, Löten und eventuell auch Schweißen, zu verzichten. Man erkennt in den Schnittdarstellungen der Fig. 1 und 2 das erste
Blechteil 10, aus dem aus der Blechebene des ersten Blechteils 10 ein
Nippel 12 durchgesetzt wurde. Der verwendete Stempel hatte einen rechteckigen
Querschnitt, wobei auch Stempel mit anderen, z.B. runden oder
ovalen Querschnitten denkbar sind. Zwischen dem Stempel und einem Amboß
wurde der Boden 14 des Nippels 12 verpreßt, so daß sich auf zwei einander
gegenüberliegenden Seiten Wülste 16 bildeten, d.h. an der Nippelwandung
werden Wülste geformt. Die Ausbildung eines Wulstes ist dabei
ausreichend. Vorzugsweise wird der Wulst 16 von einem umlaufenden Ring
gebildet. Wie in Fig. 1 erkennbar, blieb noch ein dünner Steg 18 zwischen
den Wülsten 16 und Blechteil 10 stehen; dies ist aber nicht zwingend,
da der Nippel über Laschen 20 mit dem Blechteil verbunden bleibt,
auch wenn das Blech oberhalb der Wülste durchschnitten ist. In der dargestellten
Ausführungsform ist die Fügung auf der Seite des Blechteils
