Mechanical constructions, details for building up.-The strips that form the elements of a constructional toy are connected to one another by press-infasteners a, b, which are formed integrally with or permanently secured to the strips. The socket member b may also consist of a small spring secured around a hole in the strip which is slightly larger than the head of the stud a. Alternatively, the sockets may consist of holes the edges of which are slit to allow the metal to yield slightly when the stud is pressed in.
