Abstract
Description
- le profil est réalisé par la tranche d'une came,
- la came possède un profil à rayons variables,
- le moyen de roulage est constitué d'un galet qui est disposé dans une chape constituée de deux branches parallèles solidaire d'un plot de guidage et est fixé à ce dernier par l'intermédiaire d'un axe, parallèle à l'axe de pivotement qui traverse de part et d'autre le galet et les branches de la chape,
- le moyen de roulage solidaire du plot de guidage est guidé suivant une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe de pivotement par l'intermédiaire de l'axe qui s'engage dans des lumières réalisées longitudinalement dans des parois latérales parallèles aux branches de la chape,
- le moyen élastique est constitué d'un ressort à spirales qui est comprimé permettant au moyen de roulage d'exercer un contact permanent avec le profil.
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique, en coupe longitudinale, d'une pédale d'embrayage ou de freins pourvue d'un dispositif d'assistance selon la présente invention,

Claims (8)
- Dispositif d'assistance pour l'actionnement d'un levier (1; 21) pivotant autour d'un axe fixe, dit axe de pivotement (2; 22), sous l'action d'un effort de manoeuvre exercé par l'utilisateur, entre une position de repos (1a; 21a) et une position active (1b; 21b) de manière à transmettre, par l'intermédiaire notamment d'un câble (3; 23), coulissant dans une gaine (4; 24), dont l'une des extrémités du câble (3a; 23a) est reliée au levier (1; 21) et l'autre extrémité est reliée à au moins un organe mécanique, un effort de commande dudit organe, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est constitué d'un profil (10) solidaire du levier (1; 21) et délimité par un secteur angulaire (∝; ∝') centré sur l'axe (2; 22) qui coopère avec un moyen de roulage (11) apte à se déplacer suivant une direction (X-X'; Y-Y') sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe (2; 22) sous l'action d'un moyen élastique (12), lors de l'actionnement du levier, exerçant ainsi une poussée sur ledit levier permettant d'obtenir un effort additionnel (F') à l'effort de manoeuvre (F).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profil (10) est réalisé par la tranche d'une came (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la came (13) possède un profil (10) à rayons variables.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de roulage (11) est constitué d'un galet (14) qui est disposé dans une chape (15) constituée de deux branches parallèles (15a et 15b) solidaire d'un plot de guidage (16) et est fixé à ce dernier par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (17), parallèle à l'axe de pivotement (2; 22) qui traverse de part et d'autre le galet (14) et les branches (15a et 15b) de la chape (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de roulage (11) solidaire du plot de guidage (16) est guidé suivant une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe de pivotement (2; 22) par l'intermédiaire de l'axe (17) qui s'engage dans des lumières (7a, 8a; 27) réalisées longitudinalement dans des parois latérales parallèles aux branches (15, 15b) de la chape (15).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen élastique (12) est constitué d'un ressort à spirales qui est comprimé permettant au moyen de roulage (11) d'exercer un contact permanent avec le profil (10).
- Frein à main de véhicule automobile, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif d'assistance conforme aux revendications 1 à 4.
- Pédale de commande d'un embrayage ou d'organes de freinage caractérisé en ce qu'elle comporte un dispositif d'assistance conforme aux revendications 1 à 6.
