- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe, selon I-I à la figure 2, d'un entrebâilleur selon un premier mode de réalisation de la présente invention, en place dans la feuillure d'une traverse d'un dormant, la biellette étant dans sa position repliée ;

- la figure 3 est une vue semblable à la figure 2, la biellette étant dans sa position pivotée ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon IV-IV à la figure 3 ;
- les figures 5, 6 et 7 sont des vues semblables respectivement aux figures 1, 2 et 3 concernant un second mode de réalisation de la présente invention ;
- les figures 8, 9 et 10 sont des vues semblables respectivement aux figures 1, 2 et 3, concernant un troisième mode de réalisation de la présente invention.
Claims (8)
- Entrebâilleur (1) pour un vantail (2) de fenêtre, porte-fenêtre ou analogue équipé d'un mécanisme de verrouillage (3) du type crémone ou crémone-serrure monté sur ledit vantail (2) et comportant au moins une tringle (4) dont l'extrémité (5) est adaptée à pénétrer dans une gâche (6) solidaire d'une traverse (7) correspondante du cadre dormant (8), ledit entrebâilleur (1) comportant une platine (9, 9a, 9b) adaptée à être fixée sur ladite traverse (7) du cadre (8), et une biellette (10, 10a, 10b) fixée de manière pivotante sur la platine (9, 9a, 9b) pour pivoter autour d'un axe (11) perpendiculaire à ladite platine (9, 9a, 9b), la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) comportant, près de son extrémité libre (12), au moins un trou (13) formant gâche adapté à recevoir, dans la position pivotée de la biellette (10, 10a, 10b), l'extrémité (5) de la tringle (4) du mécanisme (3) pour immobiliser le vantail (2) dans une position entrebâillée, la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) et la platine (9, 9a, 9b) comportant des moyens complémentaires pour limiter le pivotement de la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) dans une position pivotée prédéterminée, caractérisé en ce que la biellette (10, 10a, 10b), dans sa position repliée sur la platine (9, 9a, 9b), s'étend dans le sens (16) s'éloignant de la gâche (6), et en ce que les moyens pour limiter le pivotement de la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) sont agencés pour autoriser un angle de pivotement (A) compris entre 90° et 180°.
- Entrebâilleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle (A) de pivotement de la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) est de l'ordre de 120° à 130° environ.
- Entrebâilleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) comporte à son extrémité (19) opposée au trou (13) un doigt (20) en saillie par rapport à la face (21) de la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) côté platine (9, 9a, 9b), ce doigt (20) étant adapté à être introduit dans un trou (22) complémentaire de la platine (9, 9a, 9b) pour former le pivot (20) de la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) par rapport à la platine (9, 9a, 9b).
- Entrebâilleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la platine (9, 9a, 9b) présente au moins un plot (25) en saillie par rapport à la face (26) de la platine (9, 9a, 9b) côté biellette (10, 10a, 10b) et situé du côté de la gâche (6) par rapport à l'axe (11) de pivotement de la biellette (10, 10a, 10b), et en ce que ce plot (25) présente un bord (27) s'étendant dans une direction faisant un angle (A) avec la direction longitudinale (16) de la platine (9, 9a, 9b) et adapté à servir de butée au bord longitudinal (28) correspondant de la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) dans la position pivotée de celle-ci.
- Entrebâilleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la platine (9) présente un plan transversal de symétrie (29).
- Entrebâilleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la biellette (10a, 10b) a une longueur supérieure à celle de la platine (9a, 9b) de façon telle que son extrémité libre (12), dans la position de la biellette (10a, 10b) repliée sur la platine (9a, 9b), s'étend au-delà de l'extrémité (32) correspondante de la platine (9a, 9b) et présente une surépaisseur (31) venant se loger au-delà de l'extrémité (32) de la platine (9a, 9b).
- Entrebâilleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la platine (9, 9a, 9b) et la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) présentent des moyens respectifs complémentaires (34, 35) agencés de manière à arrêter la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) dans sa position repliée sur la platine (9, 9a, 9b).
- Entrebâilleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la platine (9, 9a, 9b) et la biellette (10, 10a, 10b) sont réalisées par moulage, par exemple en alliage léger tel que du zamak.
