Definitions
- the invention relates to a screen cleaner for plansifters, with brush-like or knob-like Cleaning heads where the vast majority of cleaning heads is arranged essentially in a row.
- Such screen cleaners are placed in the screen frame of plansifters, so that they move along with the shaking motion of the sieve under the sieve covering and with their cleaning heads in contact with the fabric kick to clean them off.
- the cleaning heads are not always available the screen covering in contact, but the cleaning effect comes in essentially due to the fact that the cleaning heads against blows.
- the Exercise screen covering This is achieved, for example, in that the screen cleaner with one foot on a parallel under the screen covering arranged corrugated grid supports and thereby as it moves over the Corrugated grid is vibrated.
- GB-A-M 03845 is a screen cleaner according to the preamble of claim 1 known.
- This screen cleaner has the shape of a trapezoid in the floor plan and shows two parallel rows of different lengths, evenly with cleaning bristles are equipped.
- the trapeze is over the shorter row of cleaning bristles also extends and carries a weight there, which serves the movement of the screen cleaner on a defined path on the screen surface Taxes.
- DE-C-873 345 describes a screen cleaner which is T-shaped in side view is formed with a vertical foot and a horizontal bar, which is bristled at the ends.
- the sieve cleaner is tilting on the foot, so that the bristles at each end of the beam rest on the fabric.
- EP-B-0 536 803 is a screen cleaner in the form of a three-armed star known in which the cleaning heads in the region of the free ends of the three cantilevered, arms arranged at angular intervals of approximately 120 ° are.
- This sieve cleaner rests with one foot on the smooth sieve bottom from the fact that he makes rocking movements when the sieve is shaken and thereby strikes against the fabric.
- the foot can be in engage a floor scraper to remove the sieve diarrhea to a Supported ejection slot formed on the edge of the screen frame.
- This known screen cleaner has the advantage that it has a low profile Screen frame allows and with its cantilevered arms well in the corners of the sieve frame can penetrate, so that the sieve covering also in the Corner areas is cleaned well.
- EP-A-0 694 341 describes a similar screen cleaner in which only two of the three arms are bristled, while the third arm acts as a spacer serves.
- the screen cleaner hits the edge of the screen frame, the free ones come Ends of two arms in contact with the edge of the screen frame during the third arm points to the center of the sieve.
- the middle section of the sieve is covered statistically more often by the cleaning heads than the marginal areas. This can lead to an uneven cleaning effect and increased wear on the screen covering in the middle of the screen come.
- the object of the invention is to provide a screen cleaner with which one more uniform cleaning of the fabric can be achieved.
- This object is achieved in that a not or at least spacer less densely populated with cleaning heads after a Protrudes from the row of cleaning heads, and that the spacer T-shaped in plan with respect to cantilever arms of the screen cleaner is arranged, which carry the row of cleaning heads.
- the screen cleaner according to the invention hits the edge of the screen frame, it can be aligned so that the row of cleaning heads is roughly parallel runs to the edge of the sieve frame. This way it gets close to the edge the cleaning heads covered a relatively large area of the fabric, while the spacer then protruding inwards less or is not effective at all for cleaning. This way, the statistical average achieved a more uniform cleaning of the fabric and an excessive Wear on the screen covering in the area of the middle of the screen avoided.
- the spacer is preferably not equipped with cleaning heads, and a Foot with which the sieve cleaner is supported on the smooth sieve bottom and the can also serve as a floor scraper, is under the spacer trained that he touches the sieve bottom at least two points.
- the range of motion of the screen cleaner is restricted in such a way that the entire row of cleaning heads is constantly covered with the fabric is kept in touch.
- the cleaning effect is in this Case not achieved by blows against the fabric, but rather in that the cleaning heads paint over the fabric. The waiver this more than compensates for blows against the fabric, that all cleaning heads are constantly effective. Another The advantage of this configuration is that the cleaning heads are more uniform be worn out.
- the cleaning heads are preferably flexible against the fabric preloaded so that any dimensional tolerances in the distance between the sieve bottom and the sieve covering, for example as a result of slight curvature of the sieve bottom, not to jam the sieve cleaner to lead.
- the flexible prestress can be achieved, for example, by that the foot in its entirety compared to the row of cleaning heads is offset so that the part of the screen cleaner carrying the cleaning heads can dodge down.
- the compliant Bias can also be achieved by elastic elements, for example through the self-elastic design of the cantilevered arms that hold the cleaning heads wear, or by a spring integrated into the foot.
- a plan sifter equipped with screen cleaners according to the invention is the subject of claim 8.
- the sieve frames of such a plan sifter usually have an almost square floor plan.
- a particularly uniform cleaning effect can be achieved if the length of the screen cleaner is measured from the row of cleaning heads to the free end of the spacer, is approximately half the edge length of the screen frame.
- the screen cleaner 10 shown in Figures 1 to 3 has one in plan almost T-shaped body made of rubber-elastic material.
- This Body 12 forms two cantilevered arms 14, substantially on one Line are aligned and several arranged in a row at the top Wear cleaning heads 16.
- the cleaning heads 16 can by knobs formed in one piece with the body or alternatively through tufts of bristles inserted into the body 12 are formed.
- the body 12 also forms a spacer 18 which is T-shaped to the Row of cleaning heads 16 arranged and opposite the cantilevered Poor 14 is slightly down.
- stiffening ribs 20 which are located at one end of the Connect spacer 18. The spacer points at the opposite end 18 an upstanding projection 22, the upper end, however is lower than the upper ends of the cleaning heads 16.
- cam 24 has one circular floor plan and is near the end of the Spacer 18 facing arms 14 during the cams 26 has an elongated plan and in the axial direction over the opposite End of the spacer 18 protrudes.
- Figures 4 and 5 show a modified Embodiment in which the arms 14 are connected in a straight line are and carry a continuous straight row of cleaning heads 16.
- the screen cleaner according to FIGS. 4 and 5 has the same structure as the screen cleaner according to Figures 1 to 3.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 also show a sieve frame 28 of a plan sifter.
- This sieve frame has a smooth bottom 30 and is through four walls 32, 34 limited.
- the screen frame 28 has a screen covering 36, which is arranged at a distance parallel to the floor 30.
- the wall 34 of the sieve frame forms an ejection slot with the bottom 30 38 for sieve diarrhea.
- the screen cleaner 10 is supported with its aligned on a straight line Cam 24, 26 on the smooth bottom 30 of the screen frame and is in the height so adjusted on the sieve frame that all cleaning heads 16 rest on the underside of the screen covering 36, as in FIG. 5 can be seen. Since the cams 24, 26 with the bottom 30 a line of contact define that is perpendicular to the row of cleaning heads 16, the screen cleaner 10 itself could tip over this line of contact. However, this is due to the installation of the cleaning heads 16 on the screen covering prevented. The cams 24 therefore slide with their flat underside over the surface of the floor 30 and can thus as a floor scraper Act. The cam 26 is also dimensioned in height so that it can also enter the output slot 38, as shown in Figure 5 is.
- the screen cleaner can Tilt cam 24. However, this is usually prevented by the fact that the center of gravity S of the screen cleaner is somewhat in relation to the cam 24 Direction on the cam 26 is offset. If the screen cleaner is in Exceptional cases, for example in the event of violent vibrations, but once should tilt, the swivel range is limited by the fact that the projection 22 based on the fabric. To tip the sieve cleaner 10 it can still happen if the distance between the bottom 30 and the screen covering 36 by warping or arching the Soil 30 has changed. In this case, the tiltable support prevents the screen cleaner jams between the floor and the screen covering. This can also be achieved by a certain elastic compliance of the arms 14 contribute.
- FIG. 6 shows a variant in which the cam 24 extends over a spring 40 supported on the body 12 of the screen cleaner.
- the elastic Biasing with which the cleaning heads 16 against the screen covering Press 36 set very precisely.
- the screen frame 28 has an approximately square plan with a Edge length a.
- the length L of the screen cleaner 10 measured from the row the cleaning heads 16 to the free end of the spacer 18 about a / 2.
- the screen frame 28 is shaken offset so that the screen cleaner 10 erratic movements on the floor 30 executes.
- the cleaning heads 16 can the left half of the fabric Clean to the edge, but you can use the right half of the fabric do not reach, because then the spacer 18 on the wall 34th of the sieve frame. If the screen cleaner has the opposite orientation only the right half of the screen covering can getting cleaned. Since the length L of the screen cleaner is approximately half that Edge length of the sieve frame, there is between the two areas the screen covering, which is cleaned at different orientations can be neither a large gap nor a significant one Overlap.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a screen cleaner for plansifters, with brush-like or knob-like Cleaning heads where the vast majority of cleaning heads is arranged essentially in a row.
Such screen cleaners are placed in the screen frame of plansifters, so that they move along with the shaking motion of the sieve under the sieve covering and with their cleaning heads in contact with the fabric kick to clean them off.
With conventional screen cleaners, the cleaning heads are not always available the screen covering in contact, but the cleaning effect comes in essentially due to the fact that the cleaning heads against blows. the Exercise screen covering. This is achieved, for example, in that the screen cleaner with one foot on a parallel under the screen covering arranged corrugated grid supports and thereby as it moves over the Corrugated grid is vibrated.
From GB-A-M 03845 is a screen cleaner according to the preamble of claim 1 known. This screen cleaner has the shape of a trapezoid in the floor plan and shows two parallel rows of different lengths, evenly with cleaning bristles are equipped. The trapeze is over the shorter row of cleaning bristles also extends and carries a weight there, which serves the movement of the screen cleaner on a defined path on the screen surface Taxes.
Der Siebreiniger stützt sich kippelnd auf dem Fuß ab, so daß jeweils die Borsten an einem Ende des Balkens an der Siebbespannung anliegen.DE-C-873 345 describes a screen cleaner which is T-shaped in side view is formed with a vertical foot and a horizontal bar, which is bristled at the ends. The sieve cleaner is tilting on the foot, so that the bristles at each end of the beam rest on the fabric.
From EP-B-0 536 803 is a screen cleaner in the form of a three-armed star known in which the cleaning heads in the region of the free ends of the three cantilevered, arms arranged at angular intervals of approximately 120 ° are. This sieve cleaner rests with one foot on the smooth sieve bottom from the fact that he makes rocking movements when the sieve is shaken and thereby strikes against the fabric. The foot can be in engage a floor scraper to remove the sieve diarrhea to a Supported ejection slot formed on the edge of the screen frame.
This known screen cleaner has the advantage that it has a low profile Screen frame allows and with its cantilevered arms well in the corners of the sieve frame can penetrate, so that the sieve covering also in the Corner areas is cleaned well.
EP-A-0 694 341 beschreibt einen ähnlichen Siebreiniger, bei dem nur zwei der drei Arme mit Borsten bestückt sind, während der dritte Arm als Abstandshalter dient.EP-A-0 694 341 describes a similar screen cleaner in which only two of the three arms are bristled, while the third arm acts as a spacer serves.
If the screen cleaner hits the edge of the screen frame, the free ones come Ends of two arms in contact with the edge of the screen frame during the third arm points to the center of the sieve. As a result, the middle section of the sieve is covered statistically more often by the cleaning heads than the marginal areas. This can lead to an uneven cleaning effect and increased wear on the screen covering in the middle of the screen come.
The object of the invention is to provide a screen cleaner with which one more uniform cleaning of the fabric can be achieved.
This object is achieved in that a not or at least spacer less densely populated with cleaning heads after a Protrudes from the row of cleaning heads, and that the spacer T-shaped in plan with respect to cantilever arms of the screen cleaner is arranged, which carry the row of cleaning heads.
If the screen cleaner according to the invention hits the edge of the screen frame, it can be aligned so that the row of cleaning heads is roughly parallel runs to the edge of the sieve frame.
Advantageous refinements of the invention result from the subclaims.
The spacer is preferably not equipped with cleaning heads, and a Foot with which the sieve cleaner is supported on the smooth sieve bottom and the can also serve as a floor scraper, is under the spacer trained that he touches the sieve bottom at least two points. On in this way the range of motion of the screen cleaner is restricted in such a way that the entire row of cleaning heads is constantly covered with the fabric is kept in touch. The cleaning effect is in this Case not achieved by blows against the fabric, but rather in that the cleaning heads paint over the fabric. The waiver this more than compensates for blows against the fabric, that all cleaning heads are constantly effective. Another The advantage of this configuration is that the cleaning heads are more uniform be worn out.
In this case, the cleaning heads are preferably flexible against the fabric preloaded so that any dimensional tolerances in the distance between the sieve bottom and the sieve covering, for example as a result of slight curvature of the sieve bottom, not to jam the sieve cleaner to lead. The flexible prestress can be achieved, for example, by that the foot in its entirety compared to the row of cleaning heads is offset so that the part of the screen cleaner carrying the cleaning heads can dodge down. Optionally or additionally, the compliant Bias can also be achieved by elastic elements, for example through the self-elastic design of the cantilevered arms that hold the cleaning heads wear, or by a spring integrated into the foot.
A plan sifter equipped with screen cleaners according to the invention is the subject of claim 8. The sieve frames of such a plan sifter usually have an almost square floor plan. A particularly uniform cleaning effect can be achieved if the length of the screen cleaner is measured from the row of cleaning heads to the free end of the spacer, is approximately half the edge length of the screen frame.

The
One foot of the screen cleaner is replaced by two on the bottom of the
While in the screen cleaner 10 according to Figures 1 to 3, the cantilever
Arms are angled slightly, Figures 4 and 5 show a modified
Embodiment in which the
Otherwise, the screen cleaner according to FIGS. 4 and 5 has the same structure as the screen cleaner according to Figures 1 to 3.
38 für den Siebdurchfall.FIGS. 4 and 5 also show a
The
beitragen.Since the
36 andrücken, sehr präzise einstellen.FIG. 6 shows a variant in which the
Kantenlänge a.
etwa a/2.The
Bemessung der Länge L nicht an.In the operation of the plan sifter, the

- A sieve cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spacer (18) forms a foot (24, 26) which defines at least two support points which are at a distance from one another and lie on a straight line perpendicular to the row of cleaning heads (16).
- A sieve cleaning device according to claim 2, characterized in that the foot (24, 26) in its entirety is offset with respect to the row of cleaning heads (16).
- A sieve cleaning device according to claim 3, characterized in that the spacer (18) has a projection (22) on its free end, its height being lower than the height of the cleaning heads (16).
- A sieve cleaning device according to one of claims 2 through 4, characterized in that the foot (24, 26) forms a bottom cleaner.
- A sieve cleaning device according to one of claims 2 through 5, characterized in that at least the part (24) of the foot closest to the row of cleaning heads (16) supports the sieve cleaning device by a spring (40).
- A sieve cleaning device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sieve cleaning device is made of an elastically flexible material at least in the area of the arms (14) carrying the row of cleaning heads (16).
- A plansifter having at least one sieve frame (28) which can be made to vibrate, characterized by a sieve cleaning device (10) inserted into the sieve frame according to one of Claims 1 through 7.
- A plansifter according to claim 8, characterized in that the sieve cleaning device is supported on a smooth bottom (30) of the sieve frame (28) and its cleaning heads (16) are in contact with the sieve covering (36).
- A plansifter according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the length (L) of the sieve cleaning device (10), measured from the row of cleaning heads (16) to the free end of the spacer (18) amounts to half the edge length (a) of the sieve frame.
