Dies belastet den Deckel einseitig und hat darüber hinaus den wesentlichen Nachteil, dass die Druckmittelleitungen durch die Regenrinne geführt werden müssen und der Zylinder selbst eines Oberflächenschutzes bedarf. Überdies muß das Scharnier auf der Seite der Antriebseinrichtung zu deren Einbindung verändert werden. Stand der Technik ist auch eine Konstruktionsart, bei der einer der Scharnierhebel gerade in den Innenraum des Fahrzeugs verlängert ist, wo ein Antriebsmittel ansetzt. Diese Konstruktion weist aber den Nachteil auf, dass die Durchführung des Scharnierhebels schwer abzudichten ist, wobei zusätzlich durch den großen Hebelweg diese Abdichtung über einen sehr großen Bereich erfolgen müsste. Zwar ist die Hindurchführung des Drehbolzens durch die Karosserie des Fahrzeuges sehr effektiv für die Drehmoment-Übertragung, auch gut abdichtbar und stabil, doch ist die Zahnstangen-Zahnsegment-Verbindung aber einerseits sehr aufwendig in der Herstellung und bedarf an der Stelle des gegenseitigen Eingriffes eine sehr genaue und exakte Führung, damit unter Belastung die Zahnverbindung nicht überspringt oder seitlich ausknickt, was aber wiederum in nachteiliger Weise das Gewicht der Anordnung erhöht und viel Einbauraum erfordert. Weiters erfolgt bei der bekannten Ausführung die Drehmoment-Einleitung in den der Fahrzeuglängsmitte fernliegenden Verbindungspunkt des Viergelenkscharniers, d.h. in den längsten der beweglichen Hebel und daher mit dem ungünstigsten Kräfteverhältnis. Und schließlich ist auch keine Vorkehrung getroffen, um eine Fixierung des Drehbolzens an beiden seiner Enden und damit eine wesentlich bessere Halterung und Sicherung gegen Verschwenkungen zu bewirken. Selbstverständlich sind aber die Antriebsvorrichtung und die Verbindung mit dem Scharnier optimal vor korrosiven Medien und Verschmutzung geschützt im Innenraum des Fahrzeuges untergebracht, auch ist kein spezieller Oberflächenschutz notwendig und es müssen keine Leitungen durch die Karosserie nach außen geführt werden. Um das Scharnier für Heckdeckel oder Verdeckklappen derartig geschützt und in bezug auf die Kinematik und die Drehmoment-Einleitung über den Drehbolzen an der günstigsten Stelle anordnen zu können, ist die Antriebsvorrichtung im Kofferraum bzw.
