Abstract

Die erfindungsgemäße Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung führt insbesondere zum Antrieb einer Schweißzangenelektrode (1) einen aus einem Vorhub und einem Arbeitshub bestehenden Doppelhub durch und besteht aus einem Zylinder (2), einem in dem Zylinder (2) geführten Vorhub-Hohlkolben (3), sowie einem in dem Vorhub-Hohlkolben (3) geführten, mit einer Kolbenstange (4) verbundenen Arbeitskolben (5), wobei zwischen dem Vorhub-Hohlkolben (3) und einem Zylinderkopf (6) ein erster Druckraum (7), zwischen dem Vorhub-Hohlkolben (3) und dem Arbeitskolben (5) ein zweiter Druckraum (8) und zwischen der aus dem Arbeitskolben (5) und dem Vorhub-Hohlkolben (3) gebildeten Kolbenanordnung (9) und einem Zylinderboden (10) ein dritter Druckraum (11) gebildet ist. Die Druckräume (7, 8, 11) sind wahlweise mit einem Druckmedium beaufschlagbar. Zur Verkürzung der Taktzeit eines Doppelhubes ist ein, zumindest teilweise, zwischen dem Vorhub-Hohlkolben (3) und dem Arbeitskolben (5) angeordneter, wahlweise mit dem Druckmedium beaufschlagbarer, vierter Druckraum (12) für den Rückhub des Arbeitskolbens (5) vorgesehen.
