Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for sharpening Cutting on knives, scissors and the like after the Genus of the main claim. Sharpening knives or The like using carbide has been around for a long time known. Ceramic material is also used instead of hard metal used, which has a hardness similar to hard metal, however is more brittle. Because sintered materials such as hard metal or Ceramics, which are very expensive, come only relatively small Cutting plates made of sintered material in sharpening devices for Use that are clamped in a holding device have to. Cutting plates made of sintered materials are called Use for milling tools, turning tools and the like in large quantities manufactured. Sharpening of cutting edges Cutting devices such as knives, scissors, scythes etc. have so far been used with sharpening rods or by means (EP O 431 273) which have a wedge-shaped gap on which several rounded grinding elements are arranged, executed. at the latter is the edge to be sharpened in the wedge-shaped Inserted gap and in the cutting direction at the Guided along grinding elements. Such one "Knife sharpener" is usually only for a limited Size range of knives or cutters can be used. It also differs depending on the type of cutting edge Bevel of the cutting edge in such knife sharpening devices fixed and cannot be changed.
A knife sharpener is also known (DE G 93 06 427.6) which a hard metal tool on a plastic handle is injected. Between the carbide tool and the handle a circumferential bead is provided, which increases the risk of injury should decrease. The disadvantage of this knife sharpener is that Carbide tool is permanently attached to the handle. In addition, the geometry of the carbide tool leads to a cramped working posture.
The inventive device for sharpening cutting edges with the features of the main claim compared to the advantage that a mass-produced and therefore inexpensive carbide insert as Carbide tool is used and that this carbide insert in a corresponding, a handle having tool holder is interchangeably attached, so that a blunt hard metal insert is easily replaceable and different cutting with one tool can be sharpened. Furthermore, by choosing the Cutting plate, the working posture can be influenced favorably. The longitudinal section through the insert is radially symmetrical (rhombic, rectangular, square, triangular) and the Mounting hole in the center of the insert, so that this in several positions on the holding device can be attached and thus several cutting edges Cutting plate can be used one after the other.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention Handle ergonomically designed so that a low fatigue Work is possible.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention coated (TiN) carbide inserts are used, so that the service life increases.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is a hole in the holding device for possible Suspension and for the orientation of the holding device available so that the device is not damaged and the user receives haptic feedback about the rotational position of the Device when he holds it in his hand.
After an advantageous use of the invention Device used for deburring so that burrs are easy and can be removed safely.
Further advantages and advantageous configurations of the invention are the following description, the drawing and the Removable claims.
An embodiment of the subject of the invention is in the drawing as a device for sharpening cutting with disassembled hard metal insert shown and in following described in more detail.
In Fig. 1 ist ein Schneidenschärfgerät in Explosionszeichnung
dargestellt.
In Fig. 1 is a knife sharpener in an exploded view
