Abstract
Description
- la tige du moyen d'actionnement est taraudée et l'équipage mobile est solidaire d'une pièce de liaison filetée à une extrémité, pour permettre un réglage de longueur par vissage relatif du taraudage de ladite tige autour de l'extrémité filetée de la pièce de liaison,
- la pièce de liaison est reliée à l'équipage mobile par un montage anti-rotation,
- la pièce de liaison est conformée pour coopérer avec un moyen de détection de position de serrage ou de maintien,
- la pièce de liaison porte un drapeau, apte à être détecté par un moyen approprié solidaire du boítier du dispositif,
- la tige du moyen d'actionnement est montée dans le moyen d'actionnement par un montage anti-rotation, par exemple en étant solidaire d'un piston oblong ou rectangulaire,
- la tige du moyen d'actionnement est conformée pour coopérer avec un moyen de détection de position de libération ou d'ouverture,
- ladite tige porte un drapeau, apte à être détecté par un moyen approprié solidaire du boítier du dispositif,
- au moins undit moyen de détection approprié solidaire du boítier du dispositif est un moyen de détection sans contact, de préférence inductif,
- les moyens de détection appropriés sont montés dans un même module de détection.
- La figure 1 représente schématiquement une vue en élévation latérale avec arrachement partiel d'un dispositif selon l'invention.
- La figure 2 représente schématiquement une vue partielle en élévation avec coupe partielle d'un dispositif selon l'invention.
- Les figures 3 et 4 représentent schématiquement des vues analogues à la figure 1 d'un dispositif selon l'invention réglé pour une position perpendiculaire de maintien ou de serrage et une position d'ouverture ou de libération à 45°.
- Les figures 5 et 6 représentent schématiquement des vues analogues à la figure 1 d'un dispositif selon l'invention réglé pour une position perpendiculaire de serrage ou de maintien et pour une position d'ouverture ou de libération à 120°.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de maintien, de positionnement, ou de serrage, notamment pour le maintien, le positionnement, et le serrage de pièces de carrosserie, du type comportant: d'une part, un boítier (1) étanche aux impuretés et contenant un équipage mobile (3) déplaçable en translation sous l'action d'un moyen (5) d'actionnement et d'autre part, un organe de serrage ou de maintien, caractérisé en ce que l'équipage mobile (3) et la tige (8) du moyen d'actionnement (5) sont reliés par un moyen (9, 11) de longueur réglable par vissage relatif du moyen d'actionnement dans son entier autour de l'axe de translation de l'équipage mobile.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige (8) du moyen d'actionnement (5) est taraudée et l'équipage mobile (3) est solidaire d'une pièce de liaison (12) filetée (11) à une extrémité, pour permettre un réglage de longueur par vissage relatif du taraudage (9) de ladite tige (8) autour de l'extrémité filetée (11) de la pièce de liaison (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (12) est reliée à l'équipage mobile (3) par un montage anti-rotation (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (12) est conformée (14) pour coopérer avec un moyen de détection (15) de position de serrage ou de maintien.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (12) porte un drapeau (14), apte à être détecté par un moyen (15) approprié solidaire du boítier (1) du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la tige (8) du moyen d'actionnement (5) est montée dans le moyen d'actionnement (5) par un montage anti-rotation, par exemple en étant solidaire d'un piston oblong ou rectangulaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la tige (8) du moyen d'actionnement (5) est conformée (10) pour coopérer avec un moyen (17) de détection de position de libération ou d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite tige (8) porte un drapeau (10), apte à être détecté par un moyen (17) approprié solidaire du boítier (1) du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins undit moyen (17) de détection approprié solidaire du boítier (1) du dispositif est un moyen de détection sans contact, de préférence inductif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 et la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection (15, 17) appropriés sont montés dans un même module (16) de détection.
