Description

Claims (9)

  1. Travelling conditioning machine, in particular a screening machine for rubble ballast in the railway techniques, including the following features:
    a) a supporting frame (TGS, TW) extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail track, a travelling device (FW), a reception device (AUV, RAV) for crude rubble to be conditioned, longitudinal transport means (LFB, F1) for transferring the rubble into a processing device (SWS, BAV), particularly a screening station, and output means for conditioned rubble as well as eventually for waste from conditioning;
    b) the travelling device comprises at least one flange-directed wheelset for track-bound travelling and at least one adhesion-rolling device for track-independent travelling as well as a travelling switching device (FUS) for selectively activating said flange-directed wheelset or said adhesion-rolling device;
    characterized by the following features:
    c) said travelling device (FW) comprises at least one first and second flange-directed wheelset (RS1, RS2 and SRR, SPR resp.), which are arranged with mutual distance in the longitudinal direction of the rail track, as well as at least one adhesion-rolling device formed as a wheelset and having a motor-driven third wheelset (RS3) capable of being set in an adhesion-forcetransmitting connection with the rails;
    d) said track-independent third wheelset (RS3) is located in the direct vicinity of one of both said flange-directed wheelsets and within a range of the conditioning machine, which is located at distance relatively to said crude rubble-reception device in a direction opposite to the working-advance direction.
  2. Conditioning machine according to claim 1, characterized in that there is provided a track-independent third wheelset (RS3), the wheel circumference of which is under a driving forcetransmitting action by a motor unit (AAG) designed as a friction drive.
  3. Conditioning machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that there is provided a travelling device comprising a plurality of wheelsets, and in that at least one flange-directed wheelset (RS1) is located in the, with regard to the working-advance direction. (PA), forward range of the conditioning machine as well as in the range of a crude rubble reception device (RAV) provided also there.
  4. Conditioning machine according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that in the range of the crude rubble reception device (RAV) said supporting frame (TGS) is provided with a lifting device (HUV) relying aside of the track range.
  5. Conditioning machine according to claim 4, characterized in that in the range of said lifting device (HUV) there is provided at least one rail gripper (SGR).
  6. Conditioning machine according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized by the following features:
    a) succeeding to said crude rubble reception device (RAV) there is arranged a first transport device (F1), the advancing path of which extends over at least a part of the longitudinal dimension of said supporting frame and said travelling device, and to the output of said first transport device there is connected the processing device (BAV);
    b) said processing device (BAV) comprises at least one output (NSA) for useful rubble, to which output there is connected a second transport device (F2), the advancing path of which extends at least substantially oppositely to the one of said first transport device (F1) and which ends in an output range (NAB) for useful rubble.
  7. Conditioning machine according to claim 6, characterized in that said crude rubble reception device (RAV) is located in a, with regard to the working-advance direction. (PA), forward final range of the conditioning machine, and in that the advancing direction (PF) of said first transport device (F1) is directed at least substantially oppositely to said working-advance direction.
  8. Conditioning machine according to anyone of claims 6 or 7, characterized in that the output (NSA) for useful rubble of said processing device (BAV) and said second transport device (F2) are arranged substantially below of said first transport device (F1), and in that this second transport device comprises at least one output divider (AT) including outputs coordinated with both sides of the track.
  9. Conditioning machine according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that there is provided a waste transport device (F3) including at least one transport belt, and in that this transport belt with ist bearing means is designed so as to be pivotable around an upright axis located in the range of the waste output (ABA).
