From the Spanish utility model M.U. 9201034 is already a plug known, which consists of a first connector element, which is in the interior of the Plug is arranged, and a second connector element, the first Surrounds plug element. The first connector element has an angled shape. A connector housing surrounds the first and the second connector element. This Known plugs as well as other plugs commercially available have in generally an outer casing and a metallic inner bush. The metallic inner sleeve consists of two parts and takes out a core insulating material in which an electrical conductor is arranged.
From DE 27 50 243 a coaxial angled connector is known. The well-known connector has a coaxial socket, a coaxial socket and a cover cap (10) on. The coaxial socket consists of a first socket (31) as Outer conductor, which has an insulating body (20) and one arranged therein Receptacle (17) as the inner conductor. The coaxial receptacle consists of a second plug-in sleeve (36) as outer conductor, which also has a Insulating body (20) and a plug pin (17) arranged therein as an inner conductor receives. A closure plate (30) is in each case on the plug sleeves (31, 36) formed. The second socket (36) is inserted into the first socket (31).
The insulating body (20) each has a through hole (21) into which one Screw in the clamping screw (14) around the inner conductor of a coaxial cable to fix on the insulating body (20). Finally, after screwing in Clamping screw in the insulating body, the closure plate (30) in the cover cap (10) to engage. Because the cover cap in the assembled state the arrangement Push-in sleeve (31) and insulating body (20) with screwed-in clamping screw (14) covers, the socket and the insulating body can only be inserted into the cover cap be snapped into place after the clamping screw in the through hole has been screwed in.
From US 31 41 718 a connector is known which a solderless connection shielded cable with an electrically conductive plug element of the plug allows. The plug element (26) is at right angles to that in Attached cables arranged inside the connector. Before this The inner conductor is bent when it is inserted into the plug element if necessary to loosen a screw connection, the housing cover cap (8) and a housing base plate (4) connects beforehand. After turning the Inner conductor is the screw connection of the housing cover and Restore the base plate. Loosening the screw connection, the Inserting and bending the inner conductor and restoring the Screw connection of housing cover cap and housing base plate requires a comparatively long time and stands for efficient series production opposite.
From DE-GM 77 15 843 a plug-in element for coaxial lines is known in which an inner conductor (24) of a coaxial cable (18) with a rear end (14) a connector pin (13) is soldered or screwed on. After this soldering or screwing the coaxial cable inner conductor to the connector pin is one Base plate (10) and a sleeve (12) on an outer conductor socket (11) postpone. Furthermore, a flange is on the outer conductor socket arranged flanged edge (23) to bend outwards so that the base plate and the sleeve between the flanged edge and a stop bead (22) be pinched. The connection of the coaxial cable inner conductor and plug pin can only be done if a housing cap (16), the inside with a necessary shielding element (15) is not yet on the base plate (10) is mounted.
Weiterhin sind ähnlich strukturierte Stecker aus DE 26 01 429 B2, DE 78 22 840 U1, DE-GM 75 30 397, DE 27 50 243 A1 und US 48 67 709 bekannt.Similarly structured connectors from DE 26 01 429 B2, DE 78 22 840 U1, DE-GM 75 30 397, DE 27 50 243 A1 and US 48 67 709 known.
These known plugs have several disadvantages. They consist of one comparatively large number of individual components. Another disadvantage is that the connection of cable and connector is relatively complex. For one thing for example, the respective insulating piece loosely arranged before assembly. To the others, an inner socket can consist of several parts that need to be adjusted before the connector housing is installed.
Based on this prior art, the object of the invention to provide a connector of the type mentioned in the can be mounted comparatively easily with a coaxial cable.
This object is achieved by a connector, which is defined in the claims is.
The one according to the invention is advantageous Plugs designed in such a way that plugs and coaxial cables are galvanically let it connect without removing the plug. The plug can therefore be delivered in the assembled state and is not in front of the Dismantle galvanic connection of plug and cable. Rather it will the cable is simply inserted into the connector, attached from the outside and galvanically connected. With the attachment or galvanic connection is the whole Operation ended without parts of the plug, such as a base plate and a cover cap are to be screwed. The attachment or galvanic connection takes place overall in a simple and advantageous Way by screws, which are arranged on the outside of the connector.
The individual, relatively few components of the connector are constructively in designed in a simple manner and correspondingly easy to manufacture. For example, a guide piece is the cable inside the connector leads, formed in one piece.
