Abstract

La présente invention concerne un sommier à lattes pourvu d'un système de réglage automatique de la tension en fonction du poids appliqué, qui soit très souple, progressif, sans bruit et sans usure, tout en restant un système simple et économique.
Le sommier à lattes (2) comporte au moins une rangée de lattes principales (3) formant un premier moyen d'amortissement, au moins une zone renforcée (5) comportant au moins une latte secondaire (7) disposée en regard et en dessous d'une latte principale (3) et au moins une lame ressort (9) de forme courbe associée à ladite latte secondaire et à ladite latte principale en regard formant un second moyen d'amortissement. Ce sommier (2) est caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (9a) de la lame ressort sont montées par des moyens de roulement (10) sur ladite latte secondaire (7) ou ladite latte principale (3) en regard, lesdits moyens de roulement (10) comprenant un palier plan à roulement (11) et une bride de maintien (12).
