Claims (4)
- Treuil à cordon à commande décalée, comprenant, à l'intérieur d'une cavité (8) d'une joue (7) pour volet roulant, une poulie (17) sur laquelle chemine un cordon (16), un organe d'embrayage et de débrayage (20) ayant fonction de limiteur de couple et un organe réducteur, entre la poulie (17) et un axe d'enroulement (27) du tablier du volet roulant, un organe anti-retour empêchant le poids du tablier de faire tourner l'organe de manoeuvre sans l'action de l'opérateur sur le cordon, un système de frein anti-retour, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni au sein de la joue (7) de deux réservations de matière servant de paliers pour, d'une part l'axe de rotation (11) de la poulie (17), et d'autre part l'axe de rotation (12) de l'arbre d'enroulement (27) du volet roulant, les axes (11, 12) étant décalés selon deux plans horizontaux distincts et selon deux plans verticaux distincts.
- Treuil à cordon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de frein anti-retour est coaxial à l'axe de rotation (11) de la poulie (17) et comporte un arbre d'entrée (24) en prise avec un ressort (29) qui chemine à l'intérieur d'une cloche (31) maintenue en position par l'intermédiaire d'un bâti support (32) immobilisé au sein de la joue (7), le bâti support (32) étant pourvu d'un orifice (33) traversé par une roue (26) coopérant avec le ressort (29).
- Treuil à cordon selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe réducteur comporte un train d'engrenages (25, 26), le pignon (25) étant en prise avec l'axe d'enroulement (27) du tablier du volet roulant, la roue (26) coopérant avec la poulie (17).
- Treuil à cordon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'embrayage et de débrayage comporte d'une part, une garniture en mousse d'élastomère qui est conformée en une bague (20) qui est munie d'une pluralité d'évidements (22), sensiblement oblongs, judicieusement espacés sur sa tranche, et qui sous l'effet d'un certain seuil de couple se déforme élastiquement, la bague (20) comportant en outre un orifice coaxial (23) par rapport à un orifice (18) de la poulie (17), dont les parois latérales disposent d'un profil épicycloïdique et d'autre part, un arbre d'entrée (24) au sein de l'orifice de l'orifice (18), la paroi externe de l'arbre d'entrée (24) étant pourvue d'une succession de bossages dont le profil est similaire à ceux pratiqués au centre (23) de la bague d'élastomère (20), ces profils coopérant entre eux de manière à assurer la transmission du couple de rotation quel que soit son sens.
