Claims (5)
- Anordnung zur Fluorierung von Behältern aus Kunststoff mit einer Fluorierungskammer (1), welche über eine Zuführleitung (3) mit einem Druckgasbehälter (2) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Zuführleitung (3) ein Druckminderer (4) und eine Reduzierblende (5) angeordnet sind, wobei die Reduzierblende (5) in Strömungsrichtung hinter dem Druckminderer (4) angeordnet ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine Wand (6) der Fluorierungskammer (1) beheizt ist und in einem Abstand parallel zur Wand (6) ein Wärmetauscher-Leitblech (7) angeordnet ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Fluorierungskammer (1) ein wenigstens eine Düse aufweisendes Sprühelement (8) angeordnet ist, mittels welchem das Druckgas auf die Kammerwand gesprüht wird. - Anspruch nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Sprühelement (8) zwischen der Wand (6) und dem Wärmetauscher-Leitblech (7) angeordnet ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reduzierblende (5) zwischen dem Druckminderer (4) und der Fluorierungskammer (1) angeordnet ist.
