L'invention concerne un dispositif barrière routière (1), comprenant au moins une glissière de sécurité (2) et au moins un coussin gonflable (2). Le coussin est conçu pour contenir un gaz surcomprimé et pour se fixer en direction longitudinale contre ladite glissière de sécurité. Il est de préférence divisé en au moins deux compartiments par une cloison (4) sensiblement parallèle à sa base. L'invention concerne également un dispositif glissière de sécurité, comprenant un coussin gonflable divisé en au moins deux compartiments. Le compartiment inférieur est conçu pour contenir un liquide et le compartiment supérieur pour contenir un gaz surcomprimé.
