Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble moteur-pompe comprenant un moteur électrique (1) et une pompe (2). L'arbre (30) porte aussi bien l'induit (26) du moteur électrique que l'excentrique (31) de la pompe. L'arbre est porté essentiellement par deux paliers de pompe (6, 11), montés de part et d'autre de l'excentrique dans le carter (3) de la pompe. Afin de garantir que le troisième palier, en l'occurrence le palier (25) du moteur est bien aligné avec les deux paliers de la pompe, il est prévu que le carter du moteur soit monté déplaçable au-dessus du carter de la pompe. Le premier palier (6) de la pompe étant maintenu sur le flasque (21) avant le montage du moteur électrique, il est prévu que le support présente un jeu A tel qu'avant le montage, le premier palier de la pompe soit maintenu non lâche sur le flasque. Après le montage, lorsque le premier palier de pompe est emboîté dans la cavité correspondante du carter (3) de la pompe, le flasque peut être déplacé de manière suffisante pour aligner les paliers par rapport au palier (6) de la pompe. Ledit jeu est compris entre 0,5 et 1 mm.
