  • the first and third carriages 12 and 20 are commanded to descend along the vertical guides 46 by the relative shaped tracks, 13 and 26; the movement of the first carriage 12 causes the rotation of the arms 9 downwards, for which reason the arms 9 move into the inactive position in order not to interact with the pile of trays, leaving the pile itself free, while continuing to rest on the plate 10, to make a subsequent lowering movement.
  • the movement of the third carriage 20 causes the cogwheel 22 to rotate and consequently, thanks to the sleeve 44, a rotation downwards of the C-shaped third bar 18 of the four-bar hinge 15, which determines a pure downwards translation movement of the first bar 16 and the consequent descent of the plate 10, which supports the pile of trays 3; during this phase the second carriage 19 stays immobile, so that the second bar 17 of the four-bar hinge 15, which is constrained to the second carriage 19 by the arm 27 and the shaft 43, stays still, performing the function of a frame for the four-bar hinge: the first bar 16, opposite to the second bar 17, moves parallel to itself and the plate 10, which is constrained thereto, stays horizontal, that is, in the support configuration.

  • the first carriage 12 returns upwards, bringing the arms 9 back into the active position so as to support the pile of trays and engage the tray which previously was immediately above the tray at the bottom of the pile; at this point, then, the arms 9 are between the edge of the tray at the bottom of the pile and the edge of the tray situated immediately above; in effect the tray immediately above has now become the last tray in the pile.
  • the plate (10) meanwhile continues in its downwards movement supporting the selected tray which by now is separated from the remaining trays and is no longer part of the pile. This phase is illustrated in figure 8.
  • the second carriage 19 After a further distancing of the selected tray from the other trays, the second carriage 19 begins a downwards movement, with the third carriage 20 still or close to being still.
  • the shaft 43 by effect of the arm 27, is commanded to rotate, drawing with it the second bar 17 in a rightwise rotation (see figure 9); in this phase the third bar 18, which is immobile or nearly so, functions as a frame for the four-bar hinge 15; the first bar 16 rotates about its hinge pivot with the third bar 18, inclining the plate 10 downwards in an unloading configuration of the selected tray, and the tray then slides from the plate 10 on to the underlying rest plane 4.
  • the tray having fallen from the plate 10 on to the rest plane 4, is then transported by the first pusher 28 towards the microwave oven 5, where it is heated before extraction, by means of the second pusher 29, so that it can be consumed.
  • the rotation by one revolution of the cam 8 is completed so as to bring the support devices into the starting configuration, so that the distributor is ready for a new cycle.
  • a stacker which is about to finish is refilled by introducing a new pile of trays which is simply rested on the few remaining trays. These last trays will in any case be selected by a consumer before the newly-added trays. In this way there is no risk that a tray will not be selected for a long time and thus that the food contained in it might deteriorate.
  • the distributor can be refilled with new trays extremely quickly and simply.
  • the invention further enables the trays to be removed one at a time without their being damaged the trays. Thanks to the synchronised movement of reciprocal nearing and distancing in a vertical direction of the upper and lower support devices, the passage of the tray from one to the other device, that is, from the upper to the lower device, happens advantageously gradually, without bumps, jolts, falls and brusque tray movements, all of which reduces the risk of damaging the latter.

Claims (13)

  1. Un distributeur automatique d'aliments chauds dans des plateaux, comprenant:
    au moins un magasin vertical (2) pour contenir des aliments devant être réchauffés, dans lequel les plateaux (3) sont empilés l'un sur l'autre;
    des moyens pour déposer séparément le plateau (3), se trouvant à la base du magasin (2), sur un plan d'appui (4) situé au-dessous du magasin (2);
    des moyens pour transporter un plateau (3) situé sur le plan d'appui (4) dans un four (5) apte à réchauffer rapidement le contenu du plateau (3),
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour déposer séparément le plateau comprennent:
    un dispositif de support supérieur (6), qui peut, sur commande, assumer sélectivement une première position active, dans laquelle il supporte le plateau (3) à la base du magasin (2), et une seconde position inactive dans laquelle il libère ledit plateau (3);
    un dispositif de support inférieur (7) qui peut, sur commande, assumer sélectivement une position supérieure dans laquelle il supporte un plateau (3) à la base du magasin (2) et une position inférieure dans laquelle il peut passer d'une configuration de support du plateau (3) à une configuration de déchargement du plateau (3);
    des moyens pour commander audit dispositif de support inférieur (7) et audit dispositif de support supérieur (6) d'assumer lesdites positions et configurations selon une séquence de mouvements synchronisés.
  2. Le distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour commander les dispositifs de support comprennent une came (8) capable, sur commande, de pivoter autour d'un axe vertical de rotation.
  3. Le distributeur selon les revendications let 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de support supérieur (6) comprend deux bras façonnés opposés et se faisant face (9), sur lesquels reposent au moins une partie des bords supérieurs opposés latéralement saillants et au moins une partie des côtés inclinés du plateau (3); les bras (9) étant pivotables sur commande autour d'axes de rotation horizontaux.
  4. Le distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un premier chariot (12) capable d'effectuer un mouvement alterné, auquel lesdits bras (9) sont reliés au moyen de leviers (11) de manière à être mis en rotation par le premier chariot (12) dans l'une ou l'autre direction par effet dudit mouvement alterné.
  5. Le distributeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier chariot (12) est commandé pour effectuer son mouvement alterné par effet de l'accouplement d'un premier pivot (14) avec une première piste façonnée (13) correspondante présentée sur ladite came (8).
  6. Le distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de support inférieur (7) comprend une plaque (10) sur laquelle repose le fond d'un plateau (3), ladite plaque (10) étant capable, sur commande, de pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation horizontal et en outre de se mouvoir alternativement vers le haut et vers le bas, en restant dans une position parallèle à sa position originale.
  7. Le distributeur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de support inférieur (7) comprend:
    un mécanisme à parallélogramme articulé (15) disposé sur un plan vertical, ladite plaque (10) étant solidaire d'une première barre (16) dudit mécanisme (15);
    des moyens pour actionner ledit parallélogramme articulé (15), lesdits moyens pouvant opérer en maintenant sélectivement immobile une seconde barre (17) dudit parallélogramme articulé, laquelle seconde barre (17) fonctionne comme un cadre et est opposée à ladite première barre (16), de manière à ce que ladite première barre (16) puisse pivoter, ou en actionnant une troisième barre (18) dudit parallélogramme articulé (15) adjacent à ladite première barre (16), de manière à ce que celle-ci translate.
  8. Le distributeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour activer le parallélogramme articulé (15) comprennent un second chariot (19) et un troisième chariot (20), tous deux capables d'effectuer un mouvement alterné, lesquels sont opérativement associés, ledit second chariot (19) à ladite seconde barre (17), et ledit troisième chariot (20) à ladite troisième barre (18) dudit parallélogramme articulé.
  9. Le distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits second et troisième chariots (19 et 20) sont commandés pour se mouvoir alternativement sous l'effet d'un accouplement de leurs pivots (23 et 24) avec les pistes façonnées (25 et 26) correspondantes conformées sur ladite came (8).
  10. Le distributeur selon les revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un bras (27) est solidaire de ladite seconde barre (17) et d'une extrémité dudit second chariot (19).
  11. Le distributeur selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la troisième barre (18) est solidaire d'une roue dentée (22) accouplée à une crémaillère verticale (21) solidaire dudit troisième chariot (20).
  12. Le distributeur selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens pour extraire un plateau (3) dudit four (5), lesdits moyens pour l'extraction comprenant un second pousseur (29) opérant à l'intérieur du four dans une direction perpendiculaire à la direction d'introduction dudit plateau dans ledit four.
  13. Le distributeur selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour le transport d'un plateau (3) dans le four (5) comprennent un premier pousseur (28) capable de se mouvoir parallèlement audit plan d'appui (4), et en ce que le distributeur comprend une pluralité desdits magasins verticaux (2) placés côte à côte et alignés dans une direction d'action dudit premier pousseur (28).
