Claims (4)
- Machine destinée à réaliser des armatures pour la fabrication de tuyaux en béton armé, du type comprenant un arbre horizontal (3) mobile en rotation axiale, portant au moins trois barres (5) qui lui sont parallèles, mobiles en écartement et en rapprochement par rapport audit arbre (3) de manière à former un gabarit pour la réalisation de l'armature métallique, ladite machine étant caractérisée d'une part en ce que la partie de chacune desdites barres (5) en contact avec la spirale métallique (6) est conductrice du courant électrique et constitue une électrode (200), et d'autre part en ce qu'elle comporte une pluralité d'électrodes destinées à venir successivement au contact d'un segment d'une génératrice (7) placée sur la spirale métallique (6), contre laquelle elle est maintenue en place, permettant avec l'électrode de la barre (5) de réaliser le soudage de la génératrice (7) et de la spirale (6) en au moins un point.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les barres (5) sont constituées de couples de barres (50, 51).
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque barre (51) est articulée à une autre barre (50) par l'intermédiaire de biellettes (52), le déplacement relatif desdites barres (50, 51) étant assuré par un vérin (53), la barre interne (50) étant solidarisée fixement à l'arbre (3) et isolée électriquement de l'autre.
- Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que chaque électrode (200) se présente sous la forme d'une plaque (202) montée à l'extrémité de la tige (201) d'un vérin (20, 21, 23) porté par une poutre (12) solidaire d'une potence et mobile en translation verticale au-dessus du gabarit.
