Description

mit der Warmwalzgruppe und die zweite Stranggießmaschinen/Ofengruppe
parallel zu dieser verschoben angeordnet. Über Fährwagen in den
zweiten Ofen bzw. am Ende dieser ansonsten stationären Öfen kann
das Vorband aus der Gieß- und Ofenlinie des zweiten Stranges in die
Walzlinie verschoben werden. Hier muß jeweils, wenn ein Vorband
einen der Öfen verlassen hat, ein neues Vorband aus dem anderen Ofen
in die Warmwalzgruppe zum Anstich eingefädelt werden. Der Einfädelvorgang
stellt eine Störung des stationären Gieß-Walz-Prozesses dar
und erhöht das Risiko von Ausfallzeiten in Folge von Betriebsstörungen.
Außerdem kommt es verstärkt zu Schrottanfall am jeweiligen

Claims (10)
