The boot has an outer sole (3) and a leg which opens at the front and has two quarters (21, 22) with the opening between them. The quarters are joined together by a lace (24) which is threaded through loops (25) that are fixed to the quarters. Each loop has a base (27) which is fixed to the edge of the quarter and extends towards the opposite quarter. The lace is threaded through a horizontal passage under a projecting part (32) that extends over the opening and protects the lace. The lace can be threaded round hooks.

Description

The present invention relates to a shoe for the practice of all sports disciplines, but finding a particularly advantageous application in inline skating called à aggressive 〉〉.

The shoe according to the invention is therefore in particular intended to be fixed on the upper plate of a chassis of an inline skate and includes an outer sole surmounted by a rod open towards the front, to allow passage of the foot of a user.

To this end, it has two districts delimiting an opening which are intended to be interconnected by a tightening lace.

Such a lace follows a course determined according to the position of elements of reference or passers-by, arranged on either side of said districts, which define a lacing area, so that during a pulling action on the lace, it acts in approximation on said quarters to ensure the tightening of the foot.

In general, the prior art, as through documents US 1,368,971 or CH 377 225, teaches to lacing a shoe by through return elements or passers-by constituted, for example, by eyelets made on the edges of the shoe quarters. It follows a wear fast by abrasion of the laces in the passage area in the eyelets.

This is all the more true for more violent sports causing friction intense upper of the shoe and this is precisely the case of roller skating in line called 〈〈 aggressive enant causing the user to perform figures by sliding, by contacting the top of the shoe along metal rails or concrete walls, etc. We understand that in this case, the laces are subject to a very abrasion effect important and also a shearing effect.

One might think that the use of hooks as the sign DE 498 864, for example, could provide a solution to abrasion problem since the lace would be protected by the top of the hook.

If this may seem to be a solution to the problem posed, however it creates another in that the hooks are generally directed outwards and so apparent, they actually constitute potential hooking points with all kinds of external elements and the two shoes between them, during acrobatic figures.

This therefore represents a real danger in this type of discipline.

It therefore proved essential to protect as much as possible all parts of the skate for the practice of inline skating called dit aggressive 〉〉 and, more particularly, the upper part of the upper of the shoe at the level of its the cage.

Un tel dispositif est aussi, d'une manière générale, assez compliqué et coûteux à réaliser pour une fiabilité très douteuse.GB 15.314 teaches the use of lacing hooks or the like which are covered by movable protective covers hinged to the axes of fixing hooks of the shoe. However, each hook is arranged in a planar configuration and is covered by the protective cover so that the passage of the lace n 'is accessible when the cover is rotated by the pressure exerted by the lace on the hood. To enable the opening of the hood, the yaw must exert a force up to overcome the elastic resistance exerted by a leaf spring which holds the hook in place under the cover. A major disadvantage is that the yaw s' engages in a hook portion is perpendicular to the protective cover; this can cause significant friction of the lace against the hood. Such friction is a source of wear for yaw, especially when the lace is relatively thick as it's usually the case for the sneakers. In addition, the series connection of several hooks of this type can cause tightening of difficulty due to the addition of such friction. The commitment of the lace is also uncertain that the lace can slide along the hood without obtaining certainly opened. In particular, such a disadvantage may appear after a while when rotating parts start to corrode or whether foul. Such a device is also a generally quite complicated and expensive to make for a very questionable reliability.

Other documents exist, such as DE 145 156, DE 17 61 170 or EP 717 942 but provide insufficient protection yaw given the aggressive use intended for it in the context of the present invention.

It was therefore sought a lace passage system allowing both protect it effectively against abrasion, facilitate the return of the lace without generate friction and avoid any risk of snagging that would be caused by prominences.

To this end, the invention relates to a sports shoe, in particular intended for be fixed on the upper plate of a chassis of an inline skate and comprising an outer sole surmounted by a rod open towards the front, for allow the passage of the foot of a user and comprising for this purpose, two quarters delimiting an opening; the quarters being linked together by a tightening lace, along a route determined according to the position of return elements or passers-by arranged on either side of said districts and defining an area of lacing, so that during a traction action on the lace, it acts in approximation on said quarters to ensure the tightening of the foot; each of the return elements or passers-by comprising a base intended to be fixed on the edge of one of the shoe districts, and extending towards the district opposite by an upper sliding plane, under which is provided a means of passage of the lace, characterized in that the sliding plane of a passer-by comprises an overhanging part to constitute a protective cover extending in a plane substantially parallel to the direction of passage of the lace through the means of passage and above the opening bounded by the quarters towards a other passer-by placed opposite in the other quarter or another passer-by disposed in the same district, so as to protect said lace from any external aggression or when slipping on this area of the shoe during skating says "aggressive" while providing a noticeably sliding plan uniform.

The present invention also relates to the characteristics which will emerge during the description which follows and which should be considered in isolation or according to all their possible technical combinations.

This description, given by way of nonlimiting example, will make it easier to understand how the invention can be implemented, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
  • Figure 1 is a perspective view of a shoe according to the invention, associated for example with an inline skate;
  • Figure 2 is a perspective view partially showing the upper front part of a shoe upper according to the invention;

The inline skate 1 designated as a whole and shown in the figure 1, is more particularly intended for the practice of so-called 〈〈 aggressive 〉〉 skating.

It consists of a chassis 5 comprising a longitudinal lower part on which the wheels 6 are arranged, which is surmounted by a plate 4 intended for the attachment of a shoe 2, formed by a rod 7 surmounting an outer sole 3 and extending through an upper part 20 in the direction of a skater's ankle, constituting in fact a clamp for his lower leg, articulated on the axis 19 at level of the malleoli.

In known manner, the sole 3 of the shoe 2 is made integral with the chassis forming the horizontal upper plate 4, on which said said is fixed sole 3 by means of fixing means, in this case screws 8 passing through the plate 4 to be screwed into the lateral edges of the sole 3.

The lower longitudinal part of the chassis 5, perpendicular to the plate 4, is constituted for example by two vertical lateral wings 10, mutually parallel, and arranged on either side of the longitudinal axis.

Les ailes latérales 10 se prolongent respectivement à leurs parties supérieures par un retour perpendiculaire 11, chacun d'eux étant dirigé vers l'extérieur et constituent un plan correspondant à la platine horizontale 4.The lateral wings 10 extend respectively to their upper parts by a perpendicular return 11, each of them being directed towards the outside and constitute a plane corresponding to the horizontal plate 4.

In this way, the vertical lateral wings 10 define generally with the sole 3 of shoe 2, an inverted U between the wings of which are arranged a plurality of holes 6, for example four in number, through the axes transverse articulation 12, integral with the chassis 5, to form a train rolling.

The upper 7 of the shoe 2, intended to be fixed on the plate 4 of the chassis 5 is open forward, to allow the passage of the foot of a user, and comprises, for this purpose, two quarters 21, 22, delimiting an opening 23, which are intended to be linked together by a tightening lace 24.

In this way, during a traction action on the lace 24, it acts in approximation on said districts 21, 22, in order to close the opening 23 and ensure tightening the foot.

Once quarters 21 and 22 are brought together, they can be held in the clamping position on the foot in a manner known per se via a blocker (not shown) or by forming a knot on the lace.

According to the invention, each return or passing element 25 comprises a base 27 whose underside constitutes a flat bottom 27a and which is intended to be attached to the edge of one of the quarters 21 or 22 of the shoe 2, by means of a fixing hole 28 whose axis xx 'is substantially perpendicular with respect to at the bottom 27a of the base.

Le trou 28 comporte, à sa partie supérieure, un lamage 28a destiné au passage d'un rivet 29.The hole 28 has, at its upper part, a counterbore 28a intended for the passage a rivet 29.

The base 27 of a deflecting or passing element 25 fixed on one of the quarters 21 or 22 extends in the direction of an opposite quarter 21 or 22 by forming an upper sliding plane 30 statically integral with the ' base 27. This upper plane 30 is substantially plane so as to facilitate sliding, but nevertheless has a slight curvature in the longitudinal direction to form a harmonious transition between the side of the quarter 21, 22 associated and the top of the rod.

In this way, while providing a substantially sliding plane uniform, effective protection of the lace 24 is obtained against any attack external or when sliding on this area of shoe 2, when practicing a "aggressive" skating.

According to another characteristic of the invention and in order to further improve the protection of the lace, the sliding plane 30 of each passer-by 25 comprises according to the longitudinal direction yy 'of the shoe an overhanging part 32 as well in transverse direction of the shoe, (i.e. in the longitudinal direction by relative to the passer-by) than in the longitudinal direction of the shoe, to constitute a protective cover projecting from either side of passage 31 above of the opening 23 bounded by the quarters 21 and 22, in the direction of another passerby 25 arranged next to each other on the same quarter or opposite the other quarter 21 or 22.

Le trou 31 de la portion annulaire est de préférence légèrement incurvé pour un meilleur glissement du lacet 24.According to the embodiment shown in the figures, the element passage 31 of the lace 24 provided under the protective cover 32 comprises a closed annular portion through which is formed a hole substantially horizontal circular cross-section, of axis yy ' perpendicular to the axis xx' of the fixing hole 28 of the base 27 of the passer-by 25. The hole 31 of the annular portion is preferably slightly curved for better sliding of the lace 24.

As shown in Figure 6, the sliding plane 30 of passing comprises a projecting portion 32 which has projecting edges extending beyond the closed annular portion; both in the longitudinal direction yy 'of the shoe (corresponding to the yaw of the passage direction) and in the transverse direction zz' of the boot (that is to say lengthwise relative to the passing itself ).

According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the passage element 31 of the lace 24 provided under the protective cover 32 is an open portion forming a hook < (not shown) directed towards the fixing hole 28 of the base 27 of the passer-by 25 and made substantially horizontal and perpendicular to the axis xx 'of said fixing hole 28.

Advantageously, the deflection or passing element 25 is made so monobloc by molding a plastic material.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments shown and described but can include other relatives or equivalent variants covered by the claims that follow.
