Description
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective et éclatée d'un agencement à circuit imprimé, équipé d'un dispositif de commande selon la présente invention ;
- la figure 2 montre l'agencement selon la figure 1, à l'état assemblé, avec arrachement ;
- la figure 3 est une vue le long de la ligne III-III de la figure 2, et
- la figure 4 est une vue à plus grande échelle de la partie indiquée en IV sur la figure 3.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif de commande électrique, du type comprenant une plaque à circuit intégré comportant une face porteuse d'un circuit intégré pourvu de zones métallisées (17) de contact d'un organe de commande (15) constitué d'une coupelle métallique en forme d'une membrane bombée comportant des portions de rebord d'appui (16) et une partie centrale(19) et reposant par ces rebords sur une desdites zones de contact tandis que sa partie centrale (19) est en regard d'une autre zone métallisée(20) du circuit imprimé, de façon à être déformable entre un état de repos auquel la partie centrale (19) est éloignée de ladite zone métallisée (20) et un état enfoncé auquel la partie centrale est en contact avec ladite zone (20) métallisée, et une feuille souple de revêtement (3) de la plaque à circuit intégré et des organes de commande (15), caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des pattes en appui sur les zones métallisées sont redressées et présentent la forme de patins, que des organes de commande (15) reposent librement sur les zones métallisées entre la surface supérieure de la plaque à circuit intégré et la feuille de positionnement (3) et en ce que cette dernière est collée sur ladite face supérieure autour des organes de commande (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'affichage (24) de son état est associé à chaque organe de commande (15)en forme de coupelle, que cet élément d'affichage est supporté par la plaque à circuit imprimé (2) et en ce que la feuille de positionnement (3) comporte une zone transparente (27) d'indication de l'état d'un élément d'affichage (24)
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'affichage (24) est une diode électroluminescente montée dans un trou passant (25) pratiquée dans la plaque à circuit imprimé, en-dessous de la zone transparente (27) précitée de la feuille de positionnement (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque à circuit imprimé est monté dans un support (20) en forme de cadre d'une hauteur relativement faible.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque à circuit imprimé (2) est fixée dans le cadre (1) par des ergots prévus sur la face interne du cadre à la périphérie de la plaque (2) et des évidements dans la face latérale de la plaque ou la face interne du cadre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque à circuit imprimé (2) est retenue dans le cadre par des éléments prévus en haut de la face latérale du cadre et faisant saillie vers le centre de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre comporte des moyens de fixation sur un support et en ce que les fils de connexion des composants électriques montés sur la plaque à circuit imprimé sont accessibles à travers la face de base du cadre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications là 7, caractérisé en ce que le cadre comporte dans sa paroi latérale une fenêtre de passage des fils de connexion.
