- la figure 3 est une vue agrandie d'une portion de l'élément de connecteur de la figure 1,
- la figure 4 représente isolément, de manière schématique et en perspective, un boítier de l'élément de connecteur de la figure 1, en vue de dessus,
- la figure 5 est une vue analogue à celle de la figure 4, en vue de dessous,
- la figure 6 représente isolément, de manière schématique et en perspective, une carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire de l'élément de connecteur de la figure 1, et
- les figures 7 et 8 représentent, de manière schématique, respectivement les deux faces de la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire de la figure 6.
Claims (17)
- Élément de connecteur électrique coaxial (1) destiné à assurer la connexion électrique d'au moins un élément de contact (3) à une carte de circuit imprimé principale, le ou lesdits éléments de contact (3) comportant chacun un conducteur central (35) et un conducteur externe (36), l'élément de connecteur comportant un élément de support (2) apte à recevoir le ou les éléments de contact et une carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire comportant des pistes conductrices (55) permettant de relier électriquement le ou les conducteurs centraux à des pistes conductrices de la carte de circuit imprimé principale, caractérisé par le fait que la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) comporte une tranche (45) présentant au moins une portion en saillie (46), l'une des pistes conductrices de la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire s'étendant sur cette portion en saillie et venant au contact avec une piste conductrice de la carte de circuit imprimé principale.
- Elément de connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) présente des orifices (40) permettant chacun de recevoir un conducteur central (35) d'un élément de contact (3), chaque orifice étant relié à une piste conductrice (55) de cette carte intermédiaire.
- Elément de connecteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits orifices (40) présentent une section oblongue de manière à permettre le réglage de la position de la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) par rapport à l'élément de support (2).
- Elément de connecteur selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que les dimensions des orifices (40) sont choisies de manière à ce qu'un conducteur central (35) puisse être inséré en force dans un orifice correspondant.
- Elément de connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite tranche (45) comporte une pluralité de portions en saillie formées par des bossages (46), disposées de préférence régulièrement le long de cette tranche, et dont les faces frontales sont sensiblement coplanaires.
- Elément de connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de support comporte un boítier (2) présentant des logements (30) permettant de recevoir chacun un élément de contact (3).
- Elément de connecteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ledit boítier (2) comporte une première face (5) et une deuxième face (6), la première face (5) étant destinée à recevoir la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) et la deuxième face (6) comportant de préférence des ouvertures (32) permettant l'introduction des éléments de contact dans lesdits logements.
- Elément de connecteur selon l'une des deux revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que ledit boítier (2) présente une forme généralement parallélépipédique, comportant de préférence sur une face des reliefs (18) aptes à venir en appui sur la carte de circuit imprimé principale pour y être brasés.
- Elément de connecteur selon la revendication 7 et éventuellement la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que ladite première face (5) présente des portions périphériques en saillie d'un plan principal (11) de ladite première face, sur lesquelles est apte à venir en appui la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4).
- Elément de connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) et l'élément de support (2) comportent des reliefs coopérants.
- Elément de connecteur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de support (2) comporte au moins une patte déformable (14) apte à maintenir la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) et réaliser un contact électrique avec un plan de masse de celle-ci.
- Elément de connecteur selon la revendication 11, l'élément de support comportant un boítier avec une première face (5) sensiblement carrée destinée à recevoir la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4), caractérisé par le fait que le boítier (2) comporte deux pattes déformables (4) disposées sensiblement au milieu de deux arêtes parallèles de ladite première face.
- Elément de connecteur selon l'une des revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé par le fait que la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) comporte des encoches latérales (41) ménageant un espace permettant de recevoir au moins partiellement lesdites pattes.
- Elément de connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de support (2) est conducteur, relié à une masse et réalisé notamment en alliage de zinc moulé ou en matière plastique métallisée.
- Elément de connecteur selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) présente deux faces, une première face (51) comportant des pistes conductrices (55) et une deuxième face (50) présentant sur sa majeure partie une surface métallisée conductrice (56), éventuellement revêtue d'un vernis, apte à définir un plan de masse, ce plan de masse étant de préférence relié à l'élément de support (2) conducteur.
- Elément de connecteur selon les revendications 10 et 14, caractérisé par le fait que le plan de masse de la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) est relié à l'élément de support par l'intermédiaire desdites pattes déformables (14).
- Elément de connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la carte de circuit imprimé intermédiaire (4) est formée par un substrat réalisé en verre époxy.
