Claims (5)
- Dispositif de freinage de fil modulé autoréglable (14) pour des dispositifs d'alimentation en trame (10), comprenant un corps de freinage de forme tronconique (15) ayant un axe longitudinal, qui fait face au tambour (11) du dispositif d'alimentation en trame (10), et un support annulaire axialement mobile, réglable (16), à quoi ledit corps de forme tronconique est rigidement couplé par l'intermédiaire d'une suspension élastique préchargée (17),
caractérisé en ce que ladite suspension (17) comprend au moins deux jeux de ressorts de traction identiques correspondants, agencés radialement (M1 - M2) qui ont des raideurs et des précharges différentes, respectives (δL) qui sont inversement proportionnelles à la raideur respective des ressorts. - Dispositif de freinage (14) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que ladite suspension (17) comprend un premier jeu de trois ressorts (M1), agencés à 120° les uns des autres, qui présentent une faible raideur (c) et une précharge importante, et un second jeu de trois ressorts (M2), qui sont disposés entre les premiers ressorts et également espacés et présentent une raideur importante (c'2) et une précharge réduite de façon correspondante. - Dispositif de freinage (14) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que le premier jeu de trois ressorts (M1) présente une raideur (c) dont la valeur est entre 0,10 et 0,25 et un allongement de précharge (δL) qui est 30 - 60 % plus grand que l'allongement au repos (L0) des ressorts, et en ce que le second jeu de trois ressorts (M2) présente une raideur (c) dont la valeur est entre 1 et 4 et un allongement de précharge (δL) qui est 1 - 7 % plus grand que l'allongement au repos (L'0) des ressorts. - Dispositif de freinage (14) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que les ressorts (M1) du premier jeu sont réalisés en fil d'acier à ressort ayant un diamètre de 0,4 mm et les ressorts (M2) du second jeu sont réalisés en fil d'acier à ressort ayant un diamètre de 1 mm. - Dispositif de freinage (14) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits deux jeux de ressorts (M1 - M2) sont prévus de façon à former une suspension élastique du corps de freinage de forme tronconique (15) qui présente une caractéristique curviligne (K), avec une portion initiale (A) qui a une pente sensiblement constante et une portion suivante (B) dans laquelle la pente augmente graduellement selon une loi sensiblement exponentielle.
